I've been to a lot of different places for oil changes over the years. Some have had bigger and nicer waiting areas. Not here. Some have had a coffee station. Nope. Some have had vending machines. Nope Some have had TV sets to entertain you. Nope Some places can schedule your oil change with an appointment (not here). Now maybe you perceive all of those facts as a negative, and if you do you will probably be surprised by exactly how much I loved my experience here today. Where do I start? How about with John - the ultra-friendly and polite owner who will treat you respectfully and must have a PhD in Customer Service. This guy was amazing. How about the music system -I heard one great Beatle song after another while I waited for my oil change. But best of all, how about Olive, the House Labradoodle who will hang out with you in the waiting area and will melt your heart away. She would make one helluva stupendous therapy dog, For all of these reasons (and the very fair price) I will look you straight in the eye and tell you this was one of the best and most enjoyable oil changes I have ever experienced. read more

Went in for a quick oil change, and it was quick indeed. Great staff and even better customer service.

John & his able crew do an excellent job. Most days you are greeted by the official dog Olive who will steal your heart. This place makes you feel like family. Excellent, trustworthy, competant, friendly, welcoming. These are all descriptions that come to mind. I would never think about going anywhere else. John has done an amazing job staffing his shop with nice guys who seem to really care about providing quality customer service above all else. From just a basic oil change to brakes, minor repairs, belts, hoses etc. Now he offers full tire service. Try them and you won't trust your car to anybody else. Customer service from John was terrible, he called the police on me yesterday for asking too many questions. He said I was "shaking my head when he was talking" and "being adverse". Would not give me the Nokian tires that I had already paid for three days ago over the phone, and coerced me into taking a refund instead, refusing to give me what I had already paid for. Insulted me and my friends who were nice enough to bring me out to Canton, accused us of doing drugs when I brought up the tire pressure sensors. So disappointed. Went in for a simple tire change over on two rims for a friend, Went immediate inside to the waiting room and sat with the SUPER friendly dog. When the tire guy finally arrived i stepped outside while my friend finished talking about his tires being mounted with the employee. Few minutes later the employee came out screaming at my friend and myself for some weird reasons "he was shaking his head" while talking to the employee, and we were told he would not be dealing with us and forced my friend into a refund. the tires were pre-purchased and visible from the parkinglot but they would not even sell us the bare tires. They called the cops who came promptly and were SIGNIFICANTLY more friendly than the employees. I own three vehicles myself and a few more under my company that I have purchased MANY tires for over the years with ZERO issues, however NONE of those tires were purchased at the fast lane. Would not recommend or go back again. I think I know what happened my non-mechanically inclined friend asked about his TPMS because i had mentioned it earlier in the day and the guy he was speaking to immediately thought he was trying to screw him over on the sensors. This was not the case and I could almost understand the reaction but it was handled with ZERO professionalism. Rob was awesome to deal with. I stopped by literally on his "day off" and inquired about replacing a part on my wife's car, which I had. There is nothing fast or quick about this place. Unless you have an afternoon to waste by all means go for it. The customer service was great. This is not the in and out 20 minute oil change most of us are used to in the year 2016. Two hours for an oil change is completely unacceptable, especially when the place is not that busy! read more

Love this family-owned place in Canton! The prices are fair, and they won't try to sell you services you don't need. We bring all of our cars here for routine maintenance and oil changes, and you can usually get in and out in less than 30 minutes. The one thing to note is they do not take appointments - it is first-come, first-served, but that said, you can usually time it so your visit is quick. Love this place. I live in the area and I can tell you one of the most frustrating things about taking care of my car is getting an oil change. I drive a Volkswagen that takes full synthetic oil and more than anything I hate a wait. Everyone I've talked to here has always been very friendly and polite. They don't do appointments which I prefer because I can almost always guarantee to drive up and get it done in one stop. Pricing I think is very affordable(given it cost me many more hours and not much less money to do the change myself.) You have the option to drop your car off and they will alert you or if you feel so inclined you can sit and have a coffee free of charge and if your lucky hang out with the owners super friendly pooch! Definitely a would recommend if you need to be in an out and just need a friendly shop that won't take every dime you've earned! read more

I was told a few times over the past month I needed a new battery. Finally, when my car would not start, I had AAA jump start it, but they gave me a high quote for a new battery. The local NAPA dealer recommended Fast Lane. So, I went there and the guy said he would do it right now for me, and for a lower price than AAA.
