My wife came here yesterday and left with a bad experience I think other customers should know about. First, the upselling. She was pushed toward a pricier service she had no interest in, sold as a great deal because of a discount. She said no more than once, and they kept coming back to it anyway. A discount doesn't make it a deal if the customer doesn't want the service, and declining shouldn't take three tries. Second, the service itself. The technician didn't say a word to her the entire time and handled her hands roughly enough that she came home with several scratches on her skin. That's not just uncomfortable -- broken skin at a nail salon is a real hygiene concern. I understand busy days happen, but pressuring a customer into an upgrade she repeatedly declined and then hurting her while doing the work isn't a bad day, it's a training problem. We won't be back, and I'd suggest going elsewhere. read more

I decided to try this nail salon because it had just opened, and I thought the staff would be friendly and the prices would be reasonable. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I only wanted to change the color of my pedicure, but as soon as I arrived, I was repeatedly pressured for about five minutes to get an $85 pedicure service that I did not want. When I chose the $35 option instead, I was then told that I had to pay an additional $15 for gel. After I chose the less expensive service, the technician handled my feet very roughly. I told her several times that it was hurting and asked her to be more careful, but she continued to handle my foot very aggressively. She eventually caused a cut on the side of my foot. It was painful, and I was very uncomfortable throughout the service. It also felt like she was visibly unhappy that I had chosen the cheaper option, which made the experience even worse. At the end, she showed me that there were five minutes left and then gave me a "massage," but it honestly felt like she was only doing it because there were five minutes left, rather than actually trying to provide a relaxing service. Overall, I felt pressured, uncomfortable, and physically hurt during what should have been a relaxing pedicure. I would not recommend this salon and will not be coming back. read more

From the friendly staff, to the great service and calming scents - then add the beautiful animals in nature videos playing through out my visit, this place will now be my go to. The service didn't seem rushed, my nails and cuticles have never looked so clean and uniform. Joyce did my manicure. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the very nice lady who did my pedicure. I appreciated the complementary beverage and the timer use for the pedicure message portion. I did the Gel pedicure (you can replace the gel for paraffin) which I highly recommend - the additional services that are included do make for a true spa experience. As long as the quality stays the same, I'll certainly keep coming back. Bonus! Their massage chairs have wireless charging!!!! read more
