    You read the reviews, and think, "Naaah, won't happen to me!" YES. IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU! Took my…read morewell maintained jeep in for a 60K serpentine belt replacement. Simple. Next day, it's squealing louder than I've ever heard before. Called a few days later, like, "How is my Jeep worse today, than it was when I brought it in?" The explanation WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING, was "You might need a new bearing in one of the pulleys!" This was AFTER the courtesy check they're supposed to do when installing a new part. After I said no to the $2K tires they recommended, no to the oil change, no to transmission and transfer case fluid change the final $1300 bill with a bundled Fuel System Cleaning that I didn't ask for, I now have another problem I didn't have before. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK! Try to stay local, and end up like this. I will never go back to a Firestone!

    I went in on 12/11 to only get a tire rotation on my fairly new tires. When I left and got on the…read morehighway my pressure warning lights came on. They put 79 PSI in my rear driver side tire and 32 PSI in my rear passenger tire. I immediately went back to the store and they fixed the issue with no apology. I feel I deserved one as my tire had twice the amount of required air and could have popped and caused an accident. This is very unacceptable because if I did not have warning lights I would not have known until it was probably too late. I will never go back to the Stratford store
