We were stuck with this huge mess and worried about wild animals nesting in it. I asked Dan if I could hire him to help with shredding our pile of debris and the branch. I know tree businesses are usually on a tight schedule running from job to job so I wasn't sure he'd have the time. But, Dan said he was happy to help and....incredibly, he refused payment. His whole team were friendly group and did a wonderful job. Made sure everything was blown and cleaned up. I was so taken with his kindness. On Friday evening I returned home from work to discover a mature maple tree in our yard had broken…read morea cable that was holding the two parts of the tree together and the trunk was splitting at the y intersection. The part that was splitting away was pointed at our house and if it fell it would have covered the front part of our house doing pretty significant damage. I set about calling tree services and spent a restless night worrying the wind was going to finish the job. After not getting any xall backs on Saturday morning, I called Dan from Teee Tactics after giving up on the other services. He returned my call within minutes and an hour later ,on a Saturday, was in my driveway. He was able to get up there and secure the trunk with rope until he could return with his lift truck to put in new cabling in the appropriate spot. By 430 he was done, our tree was saved and our house safe. I already have him coming back to do some trimming and removing another dead tree. I am a small business owner myself and I cannot express how happy I am to receive the type of service I provide my customers.

Paulo's came to determine the status of the tree and what options were available. We agreed that the risk of further damage was great and that its falling down was inevitable. I was given a very reasonable quote for the tree removal and was able to schedule the work within a few weeks. Paulo's crew arrived as scheduled with up to date equipment and protective coverings for the lawn. The work was done skillfully and with great attention to avoiding any damage to landscaping and property. They worked continuously and cleaned up without virtually any debris or sawdust. I contacted Grove Gardens via email to give them a chance to make it right but never heard back. I order my mom flowers twice a year and they just lost my business. Also I am one of 4 sisters that live all over the country. Grove Gardens lost the business of our entire family of 6. And no one will tell me who they are. They give me phony names and it's constant never-ending harassment Now these people are sending me mailers I never asked for Tree Work from them. I have my own tree guys. I'll never hire these guys. I don't want to get any mail from them and I want to know who is giving them leads with my name on it, cause I am gonna put a stock to it These people I would never use them. They're in Hamden.
