I left a message about the wiring job for two DRL running lights that I had already installed on the fender of my Honda Rebel 1100 DCT. A gentleman named Preston called me and advised that his technician could do the wiring job easily. This is where I screwed up! I brought my bike to him to do the job. Big mistake on my part. On this first try, the technician named Dewan worked for 3 hours and got the wires connected but stated that he had to install a relay as the lights were not bright enough. So I had to take the bike home without the DRL lights connected. After 7 days and multiple phone calls, Mr. Preston advised me to bring the bike back to him and he could "get this job finished " BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART!! I'm in the Addison Foxhole waiting room. It's been 4 plus hours and no end in sight. His technician is not available and Mr. Preston will do the job himself WITHOUT the RELAY. - Mr. Preston is very argumentative and can't or won't tell me when he will complete the job. I'm stranded in Addison Foxhole waiting room. What an experience. I paid Addison Foxhole $159 after the first installation attempt. Addison Foxhole won't refund my money and advised me that this was his shop and he was working as fast as he could. As I said BUYER Beware!!! If the system would have let me I would have rated Addison Foxhole a zero rating if I could have.

Let me say this -- Flusche Auto Repair got me and my wife home in time for Christmas!…read more We had a long drive from Dallas, TX to Orange County, CA to spend Christmas with our family, so we had gotten our car checked up and gotten the oil changed at a local Dallas repair shop -- well it turns out they hadn't done their best work, leaving our undercarriage cover hanging on without being fastened down. My wife and I got all the way to Decatur before noticing that something was loose underneath the car, and my wife, being as smart and wise as she is, pointed out that the repair place in Dallas probably didn't properly fasten the undercarriage cover when they changed the oil. With 2,000 miles left in our trip we couldn't let that go. A quick Google search of nearby automotive repair shops brought up Flusche, and we got their right at 7 when their awesome staff began rolling in. At first they thought they wouldn't be able to get the car on a lift until 8, but by 7:15 they were able to get it up on a lift and check it out. Not only did they refasten the undercarriage cover, but their mechanic had the good sense and the good heart to check our oil system, because "he doesn't trust it if he didn't do it himself." Well, good thing he checked, because the folks at our Dallas shop had also left our oil gasket and our oil filter loose! The folks at Flusche got us all fixed up in a jiffy, and ensured our car was truly safe for us to take our trip in -- they even pointed out that our front tires were badly balding, something I would have hoped our Dallas shop would have alerted us to, and that I am very glad to be aware of and to get fixed as soon as possible. All that, and Flusche charged a very fair price and were so considerate and friendly the entire time... Their whole staff is an A+ team and great to talk to! Thank you, Flusche, for getting us back on the road in less than an hour -- we will be home for Christmas on time because of you!

My vehicle had been returned to me with no transmission fluid and five quarts of oil poured in on top of the existing oil. I brought the car to Ultimate Car Care for diagnostics, and Hunter did a thorough, careful evaluation. What stood out most was Hunter's integrity. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation or exaggerated the damage, but he didn't. He was completely honest and straightforward, and he explained everything clearly. James said to me that the property owner will tow any vehicle that is on the lot too long. He told the police that HE was the one that called to have the car removed, but has refused to provide contact information for any towing company. There are no signs posted on the garage itself nor on the lot or the property. They never gave me an estimate on repairing the engine which is the reason it was on the lot to begin with.
