Work began around that time but was not resolved until May 4th, nearly a month past the original deadline. Even at that point, the issues were significant: the entire right side of the car was not functioning correctly, the DSP inputs were configured wrong, and the speakers were installed in the wrong locations (higher-quality drivers belong in the front doors...). Scheduling delays, largely on DJ's end, pushed things to May 4th, at which point I sought a second opinion. The new shop walked me through the deficiencies in detail and made clear what had been done incorrectly, including a stripped bolt connecting the seat to the floor. Given that I had already paid a substantial sum for substandard work, they were professional and transparent throughout the process and had it done in two days.

However, would I have ended up having trouble with was once I got inside of the car wash. It wasn't clear that you should be driving inches at a time and ended up driving too fast through the system. More than a mile per hour is too fast. After my car was covered in soap I didn't understand the timer system but you were given a timer for how long you have available to go through the rinsing station and the dryers. I wish I took a longer time getting through it but now I know for next time. They have their own FM radio stations for instruction but I didn't want to tune in and have to wait for the instruction to start over on repeat. I'm only giving this place a four star rating because the pricing is a little high compared to other car wash locations that offer more services. Particularly the lack of cleaning, fluids and towels, and the vacuums having an extremely high suction. I definitely lost a few items in the hose and I ended up giving up on my battle when it kept sticking to every little thing. As a suggestion to the owner, I would add instructions in the kiosk to inch your way through the car wash and about the timers as well as providing towels and cleaning fluids to compete with other companies. As well as lowering the suction level a tad on the vacuums.
