Friendly, knowledgeable people. They go out of their way to help people out. Parts orders arrive same day or next day at the latest.

So I take my car to an auto shop to have my alignment done and it turns out there is much more wrong that just the alignment. Basically after parts and labor it would possibly run me over $700.00...............yikes. not fun and not in the budget. I show the info to my neighbor and he says to get the parts he'll fix it for me. I make a call to O'Reilly's and they have two of the three in stock and can have the third part the next day. I've been to this store a number of times and they are always helpful and they almost always seem to have what I need. Plus they say on the phone that they will price match if you find something cheaper elsewhere. That's a good thing to know. Hopefully my car problems will be fixed soon, but I know that I can make a quick run over to O'Reilly's and I'm sure they will have what I need. read more

I needed some anti freeze and Garrett help to recommend one. Although at first didn't seem to. After purchase, I ask him if he could come outside really quick to make sure I was filling the right one. He said he couldn't cause there are customers behind me. This is the first time this happened to where the an associate said that. At the other O'reilly stores they've always were able to finish my customer service first, even help with the wiper blades. Garrett didn't. So I had to ask a customer instead. Which the customer was more than willing to help. I came here cause I needed help. Didn't get the full service as the other stores. read more

Service is often friendly here! I did have my plastic rear view mirror beak off the windshield, and tied like 3 different solutions from the store, none of which worked, so if you have a plastic rear-view in your car, you'll have to go somewhere else. I still haven't figured out the problem, and have my mirror tied up with paracord. Aside from that, they had friendly service each time, and every other time I've been in there (to get a starter, oil, etc.). they've been really friendly and helpful! read more

I am disabled and so I have a huge fear of getting stranded in my car and for the last couple of weeks my car has died at odd times one where I was pulling up to a stoplight and it died another time while I was waiting to pick up a grocery order in my car was in park and it died. I went to O'Reilly's on Sherman Dr. today and Murph was able to help me. He came out to my car and was going to check my battery and my alternator and when he lifted the hood he looked back at me and asked me how I even got there. It turns out that my battery cables had become loose and one was almost completely off and the other was getting that way. He got the cables secured back on the battery and then he tested my battery and my alternator to make sure everything was okay. Everything was fine and Murph sent me on my way. I had talked to Garrett the night before and he was super helpful and Murph was able to help me today. I cannot say enough great things about these guys. I will forever be a customer. I'm not the biggest O'Reilly's advocate because I prefer a different business. That being said, this location was next door to the shop we were having our vehicle worked on when it was suddently realized that the battery needed to be replaced. I certainly don't have to tell you that even the best shops charge a hell of a lot more for a simple battery to be replaced. Also, time was a huge factor. This location was convenient to our needs, and though a little tight, the parking lot was a reasonable size for multiple cars with several people working on their vehicles in the parking lot. Out of all the O'Reilly's in town, this one usually has the best service so if you aren't having to factor in distance, I would suggest you go here. Like all locations, they have a reasonable selection as well. Now even with this one having the best service of other locations, it was only okay on the several visits we made two weeks back. The lines were long and disoraganized. There were employees standing around not helping the line. Now don't get me wrong, they very well could have been on break, but I have my employees stay off the floor when they are on break because it gives the customer the wrong perception. Only 2 registers were being utilized and two of the previously mentioned employees looked right at us and then tried to avoid eye contact... awkward. In any case, once it was finally our turn (14 minutes from my yelp check in) it took a really long time to get the battery despite us having all the necessary information immediately available. I wasn't angry, but on this hot day in this stressful situation, I wasn't impressed with the blasé attitude of the person helping us. That's part of why it's 3 stars, it's not bad service, just okay. The next note was not an issue for us at all, but I could see being frustrating in many circumstances when customers have to come to one of these locations. We didn't have our old battery to waive the core charge, we had gotten a call from the shop and were picking this up on the way there, so we had to come back in to refund the core fee. This location will only refund the core fee with the receipt and original form of payment available (ie the exact card used). In many cases this may not be an issue, but if an unfortunate soul had to walk here from home or a break down and didn't have a receipt, or maybe the spouse had that card on that day, this could be frustrating so I want to make sure people are aware of that policy before coming in so no one has a reason to get upset. read more

Didn't bother looking at the reviews before stopping here today, because I've always had good service at all the other O'reilly's stores. But after coming to this one thats explains the bad reviews! Came in the store 2/9/19 at 12:20 to buy a battery for my car and there was 3 people working front desk but not one them offered to help out as a stand there waiting for one of them to ask me for help almost as if i was invisible!!!! So i just walked out after waiting for someone to help me for almost 5 min and that was with no line!!!! Management really needs to check this place out cuz this is ridiculous. I'll never be back to give them any business. And ill make sure others know about it too!!!! Take your business else where!!! read more
