The roof so far looks good but I'm waiting for the rains. This company starts off strong but once they have your business that's when the lack of communication starts. They were billing my insurance so much that I had to sit and go over everything they had itemized. One was for skylights I don't even have. And when it came to the insurance, I felt like I was doing most the work having to be the go between and try to get their checks. This roof is probably one of the most expensive roofs after it was all said and done for being just shingles. I've not heard from the sales rep in probably 3 months but get a call from their manager the other day pretty much accusing me of not completely paying, when I try to arrange pick up of the remaining balance several times. The roofing crew left nails a debris all over my yard and I'm still cleaning up. My opinion, if you use them. Document everything. I did on this one and feel like it's really going to be important I did.

But today when I left the office I came home to find them not only cleaning up the debris from the roofing job but blowing all of the leaves and flowers from one of our trees off the sidewalks. If a roofing company will take the initiative to remove flowers and leaves off the sidewalk how much more are they doing a good job up on the roof. When I contacted my insurance company to file a claim for a sewer line break under my manufactured home, they contacted Mike Tedder who immediately called me to make an appointment to assess the damage. He discovered that not only was shoddy repair work done by the plumber I originally hired, he also diagnosed a second sewer line break that the previous plumber charged me for but did not detect/repair. The break was not recent; consequently, there was ample evidence of the break that the original plumber should have detected. Additionally, there was water damage to the sub-floor in the first bathroom. Had Mike not found this and corrected it I would have had a much larger problem! As soon as Mike diagnosed the problems he immediately began the repair work which took several days and on two occasions he continued his work into the evening hours! Mike showed me how he diagnosed the problems and he communicated the repairs at each and every step. Mike is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to his work and to his customers. I cannot recommend Mike Tedder highly enough and I will definitely rely on him for any repairs in the future!!!

For months I've been getting weekly text messages from some guy named Bill from Axis roofing…read morecompany in Mesa, AZ asking if I would like them to access my roof. Their SMS number is 480-943-5627. I can't call using that number or their main number. I have tried multiple times to block that number on my iPhone without success. I believe they are using a rolling code robotic dialing system that makes blocking impossible. The number they list is not even real 408-605-3399 just disconnects as soon as you dial it. The main number and text SMS numbers are both spoofed and not traceable. They're storm chasers that only do business door to door. I doubt if their business address is even real. I have reported them to the FTC Fraud Division and if they don't cease and desist I will hire an attorney and go after them in court.

However the best part was the actual crew who did the work. They showed up and within 2 minutes they were working, everyday. No sitting around discussing anything while sipping a coffee or soda. They knew what needed done and did it. When they were done they did a great job of cleaning up. In two plus years since the roof was done I have only found a couple nails. Highly recommend!

THIS COMPANY PROUDLY ENDANGERS WOMEN BY TRESPASSING, LYING TO THE COPS, AND LAUGHING ABOUT IT…read more PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY. PLUS THEIR WORK IS LAZY. I live in a condo and my upstairs neighbor's insurance company hired Straight Arrow to fix his patio. An employee pushed my patio gate open, the one BELOW the staircase to the patio they're working on. It's literally impossible to access from the staircase and it makes no logical sense. When I questioned him, he said he thought the condo was two story. When I asked how that worked when there were two numbers, he said "I don't know." I then spoke with my upstairs neighbor who said they knew it was two story as they watched him leave and told him he can't go back on his patio, so he took a duffle bag to stay elsewhere. Yet, the dense employee continued to lie to my face because he didn't think he'd get caught. I called the owner of Straight Arrow Roofing who said "well I'm sorry he used your water" without acknowledging his employee literally forced his was into my enclosed and gated patio, trespassing on my property. He even tried telling me "it wouldn't be good for [me]" had I shot his employee on my patio out of fear. He got very quiet when I told him I work in law and that's not how that works. The cops also didn't feel the same when I told them three times that the man "needs to be trespassed for his safety and mine" lol, they understood. When I called the cops, the employee who trespassed on my patio called someone and laughed about the situation. Here's a cute picture of him laughing about violating a woman's home and lying to the cops about it. The whole video was sent to the insurance agent who hired them. When my husband and I left to run errands, the arrogant employee told him "hahaha the cops came and did nothing." He said they'll be back, they misunderstood, and the police had him formally trespassed from my home. I also sent photos of the patio to my neighbor and the tape wasn't secured tightly, the plastic is everywhere. Shoddy work from garbage people as expected. UPDATE: The curly haired kid isn't on site anymore after being trespassed. Guess who's laughing now boys. No one from this circus still called or text back to apologize, but I'm sure you apologized to Brian which is good enough for me ;) Someone likely told them to tape off the stairs after I posted the pictures of the shitty work - they didn't do that the day they were trespassed lol. Thankfully the work is done and I hope you all learned your lessons. Don't ever try this type of predatory behavior again or may you be handled appropriately by the women you happily violate - especially because it's completely legal in this state. SECOND UPDATE: The work took longer to complete as the workers didn't tape off my upstairs neighbor's patio and an Amazon worker threw a package on it. They also damaged my wall by forcefully opening my gate when trespassing and are actively laughing it off when I ask for their insurance information. I'll now be contacting the appropriate boards. Good thing I practice law and can sue you at no cost to me ;)

Rod Bywater gave us a very acceptable quote and did the job over three weeks while we were traveling in Europe. We are extremely happy with the result, and love it that Rod does the work himself rather than acting as a salesman and putting inexperienced people on the job. Highly recommended!

Please keep in mind it does need time to truly tell their job quality especially in Phoenix where big storm comes once quite a while. No, don't waste your money and time although their price is cheap. You pay what you get. For the past five years, their services have been called back multiple times due to continued leaks. It has been an endless nightmare as their responses became slow and impatient by blaming I did not use their regular maintenance. Finally they did not respond to me at all by turning down their warranty (with a hidden string that I must to stay with their maintenance). The warranty actually becomes ineffective even if you could miss the service due date. This is how they get rid of commitment. Too bad!
