This is really a mixed situation. I've had several companies try to get my roof handled through insurance and this is the only company who got it done. The roof so far looks good but I'm waiting for the rains. This company starts off strong but once they have your business that's when the lack of communication starts. They were billing my insurance so much that I had to sit and go over everything they had itemized. One was for skylights I don't even have. And when it came to the insurance, I felt like I was doing most the work having to be the go between and try to get their checks. This roof is probably one of the most expensive roofs after it was all said and done for being just shingles. I've not heard from the sales rep in probably 3 months but get a call from their manager the other day pretty much accusing me of not completely paying, when I try to arrange pick up of the remaining balance several times. The roofing crew left nails a debris all over my yard and I'm still cleaning up. My opinion, if you use them. Document everything. I did on this one and feel like it's really going to be important I did. read more

My experience with Multi Pro Roofing has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Their project manager, Shaun H., came to my home on 8/27/25 to look at my roof and check for any underlying issues related to age -- things I might not be able to see myself. I had walked the roof personally before his visit and saw no damage at all. The roof was simply old, not damaged. After Shaun went up there, the condition of the roof looked noticeably worse. Shingles were pulled up in numerous places that were absolutely not like that before his visit. After that appointment, Shaun stopped communicating with me for a couple of weeks. Eventually, another project manager, Michael, was assigned. I told him I was no longer interested in working with the company, but he convinced me to give them another chance since Shaun was no longer there. Michael scheduled an 8 AM appointment for 10/23/25 and then didn't show up or call. I texted him telling him not to come and that I was done. He showed up anyway and asked for another chance. Against my better judgment, I agreed. He promised to send me an estimate right away. Two more weeks passed with no estimate and no communication. I then called their office and spoke with a male receptionist who acted completely uninterested in my concerns. He said he would contact the owner, Patrick O'Dell Steele, and told me Patrick was on a job site but would call me by the end of the day. That call never came. At this point, three individuals -- Shaun, Michael, and Patrick -- failed to follow through, communicate, or take responsibility. Please click on my name and look at my other reviews. I am not someone who hands out negative reviews lightly. I'm easy to work with, and I gave this company three opportunities to make things right. Because the roof is now in worse condition heading into Arizona's monsoon season -- which officially runs June 15 through September 30 -- I am extremely concerned about wind and water intrusion. I will be contacting my homeowner's insurance company so they can document the damage firsthand. I will also be filing complaints with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, the Arizona Department of Insurance, and the Better Business Bureau so the appropriate agencies can review what happened. I suppose you always want to turn away those guys who just stop by and offer to sell you something and usually I am a hard "No Thanks," but Cody and Shaun stopped by because of some obvious damage to my roof. From their first interaction through completion and follow up post installation, they and their entire team were respectful, knowledgeable, patient and frankly couldn't really have asked for a better team. They worked quickly to contact my insurance company, showed in person on time every time from adjuster's visit, through color and product selection, to installation day. The clean up was so good I could hardly tell they had been there all day ripping our shingles off and installing a whole new roof. I just has a new roof put on today and I would to give a shout out to Multi Pro Roof Solutions, especially their employee Corbin Benson. Corbin and I worked closely together for three months trying to get my insurance company to pay for my roof's damage. Corbin kept in constant contact with me. He was super professional and friendly. I would've normally gotten two other bids for such a big job, but I got no other bids because I wanted Corbin to get the job. I am sad that the job is over because I will not be in constant contact with Corbin like I was during this roofing process. Beware of Shoddy workmanship not up to City Codes, cut corners, and are STORM CHASERS. I live in Payson AZ. and approximately 1 year ago Multi-Pro replaced my roof. About 3 weeks ago. during a heavy rain, I saw a gutter overflow next to my entry. I called Steve Stevens, Project manager, and told him about the overflow and he said that he would rectify this issue. On April 5, 2024, Steve came to my home with a man named Surgio who he said was in charge of replacing and overseeing the construction of the new roof. Surgio begin hacking up the siding of my home next to the gutter, said their was flashing, inserted a piece of metal into my siding leaving open holes. As I watched him I also noticed there was rot on the wood siding. I am a 76 yr. Old woman and I follow my gut when I know there is faulty workmanship. I called the City of Payson BUILDING INSPECTOR who identified the problem areas and issues that should have been discussed with me BEFORE REPLACING THE ROOF. The inspector said that there was to be a minimum of 4 INCHES OF FLASHING WHICH WAS NOT PRESENT. MULTI-PRO states in its warranty "it will re-flash wall abutments as needed". The inspector also said the flashing is to Run In ONE COMPLETE PIECE TO THE CORNER OF THE GUTTER WITH A KICKOUT PLATE UNDERNEATH INSTALLED IN SHINGLE FASHION. HE ALSO STATED THAT I SHOULD HAVE ALL WALL ABUTMENTS CHECKED TO MEET CITY BUILDING CODES. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE "STORM CHASERS" and cut corners. They do not live up to their warranty, they took advantage of me as a 76 year old Woman, which I will now have to pay approximately $10,000.00 out of pocket to have my roof repaired. read more

Here's a partial list.  A: They were/are very patient in dealing with Insurance companies if you are filing a claim for damages.  B: They ALWAYS answer their phone(s) and return texts and emails C: They showed up on time D: The Roof and new wind turbines look great! Ok, big deal other roofers probably do that as well. Here's just a few things they did to set them apart. 1. They asked "permission" to go on our neighbors property a little to put down tarps and pick up any debris. Wasn't in the contract, they just did it. Neighbors impressed.  2. They walked around the property and picked up ALL of the trash and debris from the removal. 3. They cleaned off the patio roof/cover. Didn't ask them to, wasn't in the contract - they just did it.  4. One more biggie, we had dry rot on a portion of the fascia above the driveway. They DID NOT ask, nor even comment on it but they removed the old rotted fascia and patched in a new section. Was not in the contract. I had a tree fall on my new roof and called Multi Pro again due to my previous good experience. Totally different one this time. I called multiple times and no one called back. Finally found a text number to the owner. The office called me back the next day and set appointment time. I told them I would be paying of coarse since it was a tree that caused the issue. They came out in a couple days, and the guys found 6 cracked tiles. They called their boss and he said to tell me about their $350 minimum and I would need to pay it for the 6 tiles, which by the way I was providing the replacement tiles. I told them no thanks. I have since called another contractor and the charge is $60. Guess customer service and loyalty left with Charlie. read more

Awful! Only one guy could barely speak english. Had to supervise from start to finish. Contract was to tear off old shingles and replace. They only tore off to tar paper and instead of pulling out old staples, even loose staples in with one leg. they hammered them down. Didn't know how to properly replace rotted 1 1/2 drip edge board straight. I to instruct them how to install tar paper according to mfg. instructions on the shingle package. Had to furnish roof flashing because they had wrong size, and show them how cut flash to properly seal around vent pipes. Six month later had exposed nails pushing thru shingles that were not hammered in properly. read more

I sent out a request for roof repair to several companies on Yelp. They all have "100% response rates" but all of the other companies just responded saying "send us your phone number and email and we'll reach out." Not a single company actually followed through with reaching out except Multi-Pro Roof Solutions. In fact, they responded to my project request on Yelp the same night I submitted it (a Sunday) and had scheduled an inspection with me within the same week. They came out and inspected what needed to be done and due to the size of the job, offered to complete it the same day. I didn't have them complete the work same day because I thought I had other companies I could get quotes from. When I didn't hear from any of the others, I reached back out and had the work scheduled and completed within a few days. If I would have known it would be this easy to get my roof fixed, I would have done it a long time ago! read more

I originally posted a 2-star review, but,, that was out of my frustration of poor communication my being caught in the middle. Lutting aside my knee-jerk reaction, this company is actually one of the best that Ibhave worked with in my 35+ yrs in construction. As I mentioned before, Zach, the PM (Project Manager) is very responsive & professional. He took care of gpong to bat for us to get the entire roof replaced which was absolutely needed to be done. He did a fantastic job documenting the damaged & failing shingles. They did the cleanest tear-off by not leaving any debris. Other roofers on our houses have left debris & nails all over which my feet always seem to find. The issues we had are being resolved. Zach has submitted a couple of other proposals on another property we own which were in the proper format that I'm accustomed of reviewing on large commercial projects. Big fan! A crazy storm caused my roof to leak. Kris came by the same day to triage the damage and put a temporary fix in place, then worked with my insurance to get the damage evaluated and repaired. I ended up with a beautiful new roof. They even installed the roof in one day - these guys have a really fast and organized crew! I thought I had a few shingles come off the roof as there were multiple shingles in my yard. With all the monsoons, everyone's roof is taking a beating. I called around and roofing companies were 4-6 weeks out. Which shows how busy it was. But we keep getting monsoons and I was getting nervous that I would get a leak from missing shingles. Multi-pro had great reviews on nextdoor app, so I decided to call. Chris just happened to be in the neighborhood and was at my house within 10 minutes! What a relief! It was hot but he went up to the roof and the good news for me (bad for the neighbor) was the missing shingles were my neighbor's in the back. Chris said my roof was perfect and well made. He didn't even charge me! Very friendly, professional, and very honest. Someone could have told me I was missing shingles and I would have not know. I easily would have paid for someone to climb on the roof with this heat, but he didn't charge. Great company and service! read more

I am so disappointed in this company without even hiring them. For few weeks we are having roof leaks. Quite few of them. Our house sustained major damages due to the rain as well. We hired a professional service to come and tarp the roof and put sandbags as well. The employee from Multi Pro came on Friday to give us an estimate. He moved all the tarps and sandbags and never put them back. I called him on Friday and asked him to come back and fix the tarps. He told me he will. He came on Saturday, got on the roof but never put them back as they were. It is extremely disappointing, especially after I told him our walls and ceiling in multiple areas in the house have been destroyed by rain. It would be nice if people who are in roofing business had integrity and respect. But this morning I called the company which laid tarps in the first time, paid service call fee and had them relay the tarps again. read more

These guys are THE BEST! Paul and Roger did all the work with USAA. They were here when the claims adjuster came out and made sure that all the wind damage did not go unnoticed by the adjuster. Their attention to detail resulted in USAA paying for a whole new roof! On the roof replacement day, 29 April 2020, Sergio's Team got here at 5:30 and were able to complete the entire roof replacement in ONE DAY! Multi-pro completed our roof back in March 2020. At first I was pleased that they worked well with our insurance company. After paying $3,200 out of pocket they received well over 11,000 for our 1200 sqft home. The Patio roof sheeting, soffit vent under the patio was NOT replaced! it looks like crap. They only replaced 8' of fascia in the back. The entire fascia around the house needed replaced! We reached out to them regarding these issues and they denied any work to be completed. read more

It's really not fair for me to give a star rating here. I contacted Multi-Pro through Yelp & they asked for my number to arrange a meeting to look at my roof. That's where all conversations ended. I never heard from them & they never looked at my roof. Unfortunately, from my experience this tends to be the norm across all contractors, not just roofers. By no means was Multi-Pro the only roofer who did not call & it's understandable that contractors are busy with work sites spread out throughout the valley that an occasional customer slips through. However, telling me you'll call & don't has delayed my project (leaky roof) by waiting for them (I would've liked to entertain as many estimates as possible). I'm not angry at Multi-Pro & am sure they do quality work but I'm not going to chase any company to give them my business. read more

We chose Multi-Pro for our new roof after talking to a couple of other contractors. They didn't tell us what they were going to do, rather listened to what we wanted and we agreed on the type of shingles, attic ventilation etc. They coordinated work with our HVAC Contractor as we were having a new heat pump installed as well. I had a recent roof leak due to the recent monsoons, so I called Multi-Pro Roof Solutions for some help. After inspection I have a better understanding of my tile roof system. My metal flashings and underlayment were outdated and clogged with debris. Once I got my proposal from Timothy I was surprised that this was very affordable for what a outstanding warranty they provided. They did a very excellent job with my re-roof in putting me back in the code. And even more surprised they were completed within four days. I highly recommend Multi-Pro! read more

I've used this company in the past and they did a good job for me but this time I had another repair and instead of sending a person to repair five tiles of mine that come undone at the peak of my roof they sent One of the owners. He didn't even fix the tiles and told me that you can't walk on them or you'll break them and tried to sell me a new roof. So I just went down to Home Depot got the supplies went on my roof and fixed it myself and didn't break any tiles walking on them. read more
