I live in Moorpark and have been looking for a nail salon that I can trust. I have been to about 4 different salons and never went back. I finally decided to really do my research and find a salon that i am completely happy with abs that goes for my pedicures also. I am extremely picky when it come to my nails and toes. i finally found a place. Kevin and Michelle are amazing. i have been to this place about 6 times and didn't want to write a review until i knew i was completely satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone! i even got my mother in law, father in law and husband to come here. they know how picky i am so when i told them how much i love this place they knew that The work here would be 10/10. read more

I feel a little catfished after leaving this nail salon... I had seen so many beautiful and amazing nail designs on their instagram and yelp, but that was not the case for me. I got a gel x mani and gel pedi, the pedicure came out great! However the gel x mani was a little disastrous... they don't use Aprés nails, and the extensions that were put on felt a little flimsy. I didn't think too much of it because I thought that the gel would harden the nail anyway. The design I showed wasn't able to be recreated so I showed my back up inspo, which I was told also would not be able to be recreated cause they didn't have the right materials/polish. So I went with something more simple. My nails ended up being all slightly different lengths and all of them ended up being a different color even though the same bottle of polish was used. Overall, I would only recommend this place for a gel pedicure. The facility is clean and they are super nice! Gel x needs a bit of work though. read more

This is the fanciest and cleanest nail salon I've been to yet. I came here to get pampered before my wedding. The pictures of the salon drew me in. I received a complimentary glass of wine that comes with the ultimate spa pedicure which included a paraffin foot masque, 10 minute foot massage, sugar scrub, hot towel and hot rock massage.. all for $50 and sure it might sound like it's a bit pricey but if you're looking to get pampered for than usual I say go for it! I have had problems finding a nail salon a liked but I have finally found one that meets my needs. I need to emphasize on their cleanliness which unfortunately is not common for most nail salons. I asked for funny bunny OPI. Which a common off white color. She decided she heard bubblegum which don't sound to similar to me . When she was half way she asked if I wanted another coat. I noticed it look translucent pink and asked why it wasn't white . Then she said it was bubblegum color . I said I asked for funny bunny . She didn't offer to change the color or talk about the misunderstanding . I felt the basics were ok the shaping and it's a clean salon. Will not be going back as I felt that if she wasn't sure she should have checked on the color . I clearly asked for funny bunny and if she didn't quiet hear she should have clarified or offered to redo the color . read more

As many of you know.. it's so hard finding the right nail person. My other nail technician stood me up for my bday nails so I saw CTK Nail Spa passing by and called them. They were able to take me in that day. I started researching them frantically asking myself "if they're able to take me in that means they have no one.. if they have no one that means they're bad" but I had no choice last min.. and lemme just say.. I'm so glad I walked in. Kevin did my nails and I've never had someone listen to exactly what I want from the shape to the color to even the design. He also took the time to ask if my young daughter and I wanted some water. The lady doing my pedicure was great too!! She is the only one that didn't cut my toenails too short!! This is my go to nail place when I am in Simi. The place is always to nice and clean, smells like Christmas and honestly it always feels so comfy to be there. Kevin always nails it with the nail art! Such a lovely place to go to! I've been struggling to find a go-to nail salon and this is definitely it :) Michelle was so nice and welcoming and took her time on my pedicure. She did callus removal, sugar scrub, and hot towels as well as a very nice massage for a regular pedicure ($32). Kevin did my gel manicure ($30) and offered me water and made sure I was comfortable. They only opened 7 months ago so everything is very clean and updated. I usually am super anxious going to nail salons as there's a bunch of people and sometimes the employees can be rude but they were the complete opposite of that!
