She enjoyed the Black Forest ham, pepperoni, salami, mozzarella, and pesto on a toasty ciabatta roll, served with crispy potato chips. But that's not why I give this place 5 stars. The space itself is excellent. It's comfortable, cozy and inviting, despite a tricky location. It's well designed and lit and has a giant window to view that actual roaster. But that's not why I give it five stars. The people love coffee... Like, they looooooove coffee! And they know coffee. I went in and they said "How can we help you?" And I said "I want to buy coffee, but I don't know what I want." And both employees lit up. They know the coffee language AND how to explain it to a novice without making you feel like a novice. And the more feedback you give, the better their next suggestion will be. The team here is camped right at the intersection of passion and knowledge and their love for it is contagious. But we were certainly measuring up the size of the bites. Lol the atmosphere was so cute and original. I absolutely loved it. I took a minute to tell them how much I appreciated them before I left, but I'm also telling you now. In addition to the Coffee, I appreciated the Service.
