Had a great experience here!!!! There are no tables outside of the restaurant, but that's okay because we got to sit on the dock and look at the crystal clear water!!! My friends and I ordered tons- the burrito, the mojo sandwich, the smoothies, cafe americanos, chair lattes. It was all fabulous and the service was outstanding. A definite must go!! read more

I make it a priority to consume Cuban Coffee Queen iced con soya, no sugar at least once a week. I had a chicken salad sandwich months ago that I recall being pretty good, but I usually go for the iced cafes. Delivery is quick and friendly as is their walk up counter. Great spot for locals and tourists alike. If you're lucky, you can pick up a magnet at the counter. You can't beat the prices for the quality of the food. If you have a soft spot for strong cafe, mosey on down to Cuban Coffee Queen. read more

6 out of 5. In one weekend I went three times. Ice coffees have ice cubes made of coffee--genius. Breakfast items are well priced and good. I got the Keywester with egg and sausage. The vegan (sigh) in our group was happy that lunch sandwiches were served at breakfast, and enjoyed a portobello mushroom and hummus sandwich. Happy, happy happy. They also serve smoothies, and one in particular to combat hangovers. LOL. read more

Bar far the best coffee in Key West! We've gone at least once each day, the caramel iced coffee with sweetener is our favorite. We also tried the Key Wester breakfast sandwich and the Cuban Breakfast Burrito. Both were amazing, the bacon is out of this world. Delicious. Just a fantastic breakfast of black beans and rice topped with jalapeno and tomato. It was savory, warm, and filling. The only problem was that I was full but my taste buds wanted more. Wow, I love this place...LOL The caramel iced coffee was easily my favorite iced coffee I've ever had in my life...How? Why? I don't know but that shit was bomb AF. LOL It was the perfect blend of coffee, milk and sweetness. I can't describe it in a more simple way...haha The cuban sandwhich was perfect! One of the best I've ever had. A must try spot when in Key West! I specifically wanted to try this location and I was not disappointed. The food and coffee is prepared in a shack and there's a nice mural on the side that is perfect for photos. The service is very quick so don't be discouraged if there is a line. We tried the Cuban queen mix sandwich and it was amazing! The coffee is strong and flavorful. Outdoor seating only but it is located around the docks so you can always walk around or sit on benches around the shack. Would definitely go back. read more

Service could be better, coffee a hit every time even when iced with coffee cubes, smoothie are great and ambiance is perfect Key West. We appreciate the premium recycled straws, have never needed a 2nd to finish a drink! Pass on the croissants here though, 2 other French bakeries have that perfected and you shouldn't miss those either. Thus us definitely a daily must if you're a coffee lover. This is the place to go for a great cup of coffee. Everyone in our group was amazed by the coffee. I ordered the "Key Wester" with sausage. The sandwich was big enough for two. The sandwich was one of the best I have had in a long time. We also placed an order for delivery to our hotel and the coffee was delivered in great condition. I was attending a bachelorette party weekend during Fantasy Fest. We got krunk.a.f. the second night and all ended up with crawling hangovers the next day. In our stupor, we somehow ended up at an IHOP for breakfast. My friends and I stumbled upon this quaint, outdoor space - No less than 5 minutes later, a flash torrential downpour occurred; thankfully there was a roof over our head so we ordered some bites while the brief storm passed. Also, we were amused by the rooster hanging out by the steps with us ~ I ordered the Sunrise special which included: 1/2 of the Key Wester sandwich (eggs, American cheese, and a protein of a list of ham, bacon, turkey, sausage, chorizo or pork - from their menu) - sandwich was alright Small 12 oz. Cafe Con Leche I deducted 1 star because: 1) The cashier was not clear on the menu options and it was hard to clearly understand what she was saying (see below for clarification). I ordered a beef option (the cashier informed me this was a possible option) but, they told me they ran out of beef after I paid and 2) I had already paid an additional charge for the beef which I ended up not even receiving 3) I was also not informed that it costed extra - I only noticed after I compared my receipt to my friend's - who ordered the same thing, but chose pork as her protein. My order also included a small Cafe Con Leche - which I requested to be iced. It was fine and was comparable to iced coffees. I will note I liked the colorful picnic tables and the place was a nice, busy nook tucked away from the touristy spots. Also if I had more time, I would've explored the coffee bean shop next door - looked quite quaint. Overall, this place has good value and nice curb appeal - so I would still recommend to grab a bite or drink to eat while traversing Key West. read more

The coffees were super tasty. The sandwich my mom ordered, she loved and the bit of bread and mayo I took from hers was surprisingly good so I can imagine the sandwich was great. I am not a coffee drinker, but my wife most certainly is. She raved about this coffee! The Cuban Coffee Queen is off the beaten path a bit but is next to a trolley stop on the island. There is some bench seating around the area, but that's about it. Just show up, order coffee, and thoroughly enjoy. Coffee drinkers, mark this spot down! read more

So I don't get how this has 4.5 stars when it's a 1 maybe two at best. We came specifically here for the Cuban Coffee and food. Started off bad when I got my colada. Barely any sugar and the creamy espresso foam completely not there. I added 2 sugars (and I'm not a big sugar guy) and it was still undrinkable. This was a bad example of regular espresso let along the majestic beauty that is a colada. I threw it away and ordered a mango smoothie that was ok at best. Then there was the sandwich. Two eggs with cheese and bacon on a Cuban bread called the key wester that was so dry and boring $8-9 whatever was let's just say I ate my food and left and I won't be every going back. I'm trying to find more ways to describe the sandwich but words are hard to find since all that comes to mind was blah. For real Cuban I'd say try anything else. read more

We're located conveniently near the historic Key West Seaport. We love doing business out of our little coffee shop. We're so honored to have become the place where locals and visitors alike make sure to stop. We also just opened a new location just off Duval street in the courtyard of Duval and Southard street, at 5 Key Lime square. One day in Cuba, I met a lady who made the best coffee and Cuban toast. She told us stories and showed me how to make a real café. I will never forget the Cuban coffee Queen. Stop by, say hello, and enjoy a real café and Cuban toast, too.

I ordered the Caliente Cuban Mix with ham and pork, and it hit all the right notes, flavorful, high-quality, and a great value. I also tried the Mango Iced Tea, which was such a fun twist. They use frozen mango chunks as ice cubes, which added both flavor and flair. I ended up going back to try their Cuban Vanilla Coffee, and it was just as good. After placing a delivery order online, I received a phone call informing me that they don't offer delivery after 3:00 p.m. and I should pick up my order instead. Firstly, there was no indication during the online ordering process that deliveries weren't available after 3:00 p.m. When I requested the girl to cancel the order and refund my credit card, she responded that she didn't know how to do it. Subsequently, I asked to speak with the manager, but there was no manager available. Despite calling back the same day, the day after, and even a week later, I have yet to receive my refund. I absolutely loved the Cuban coffee at this spot! The food and drinks they offer are incredibly delicious. Admittedly, it's a bit on the pricey side, but when you're in Key West, it's totally worth it. I could happily eat here every day, and the fact that they have two locations is a big plus. The only drawback for me was all the roosters running around while I was eating, but that's a minor inconvenience. This is a very very good place! I went to the one by the ocean, the reason(s) this place is so good is the coffee and the sandwiches I had a cafe con leche and some and a Cuban mix sandwiches. The cafe con leche was very good because the coffee is strong and the cream is perfect it was sweetened just right. The Cuban mix sandwich was very good it had turkey and ham and was the best. the ambiance reminded me of a nice local bodega, i went to the one by the schooners warf. I recently grabbed a breakfast sandwich and coffee from a local spot, and overall, I was pretty satisfied. The sandwich and coffee were both pretty good and hit the spot. One thing to note is that the shop doesn't have any seating available, which was a bit of a bummer. However, the location is great - you can grab your food and take a short walk to eat it by the water, which is a nice bonus. read more

This is an awesome little shack to eat at while you are in Key West. It is right by the docks in the water so you can grab your sandwich and coffee and eat it right next to the water or right on the benches outside the shack (they do not have bathrooms or indoor seating).
