After hearing his story and seeing his commitment and work ethic firsthand, I found myself rooting for his success. Atmosphere: Since they share space with the ice cream shop, the environment isn't fully coffee-centric. Coffee is the focus earlier in the day, with ice cream taking over later. There is limited seating, and for me, part of the coffee shop experience is slowing down, drinking from a proper mug, and enjoying a calm, dedicated café environment.
