So I'm giving this Spanish Fork Cubby's 2 stars (which is generous) only because I've been here SEVERAL TIMES and actually REALLY like it, and other locations too. I don't know if there was a staff change or chef change... but first off we came home and were missing about 1/3 of our order. They forgot two burgers, and two juices. After driving back to get what we were missing, we get home again and my burger had one half a piece of lettuce, the skinniest one tiny piece of bacon, it had two patties when I only wanted one, and the bun was SO SOGGY it fell apart in my hands like mush, not to mention the patty had NO SEASONING it was the most bland burger I've tasted in a while. There was basically no sauce on it, which confuses me why my bun was a soggy mess, and I asked for raw onions... and they were grilled. But hey... they gave me a RAW CENTERED BURGER (see pictures). That's a LOT of things wrong with just one burger... but that's not it.... my husbands burger had zero sauce on it at all and also was a double when supposed to be single and also had a terribly soggy bun... and NO FLAVOR. Our kids burgers were ordered with cheese and had no cheese on them... and about a half a slice of bacon each and almost unrecognizable as bacon.... worse than you expect from a McDonald's bacon burger. The Mac and cheese had almost no salt or seasoning. Seriously.... I don't know if they had a sub chef AND STAFF... but WOW!!! And I'm not even listing everything that was wrong sadly. This makes me sad because these are all things we've eaten here before and LOVED. But man.... this was BAD! But hey... the fries were good. So we were able to get full of them when needing to throw most the food out. ‍ read more

So so so so good. Always fresh and delicious. Specially love the gypsy and Houdini burgers some of the salads are good but I feel you get more bang for your buck in the burgers and you can always have the burgers without the bun and on a bed of greens instead. I take no Delight in writing this negative review. Cubby's can usually be counted on as, at least a professional and clean dining experience. However, last time I was there it was so bad; it's as if the staff had a list of things not to do and followed it with reckless abandon: 1. Most tables hadn't been cleaned despite having far more staff than customers in the store. 2. My burger, which took over 20 minutes to arrive, was not only wrong, but so undercooked that blood came pouring out and saturated the wrapping and table as I attempted to take my first bite. This was confirmed when I observed the Center of the burger was under room temperature. 3. Upon discreetly asking to replace my order, I was met with hostile resignation and told, "our grill has several cold spots and it's difficult to tell if the burgers are done." 4. 25 minutes later when my order finally arrived, it was dropped on my table with a flat, "here's your burger, well done," and left in a huff. It was inedible. It takes a special kind of talent to simultaneously char the outside of a burger and leave the inside uncooked. At this point my spouse and I left, the better part of an hour wasted and still hungry. They were able to get my husband's order right which is why we're giving 2 stars instead of one. I'll definitely return to Cubby's at some point but never at the Spanish Fork location. read more

Went to cubbys today and I am blown away at how delicious the salads were and organic to boot! We had the tri tip steak salad and the apple chicken one. Yummy!!! I was pleased with the price too! $8-9 dollars for a big organic salad is awesome! So happy you are in Spanish for now! The service was friendly and fast! Went to Cubby's today to try some of the new menu items. We expected a lot because we had heard the new items were fantastic. We were not disappointed! How does Cubby continue providing such innovative and good tasting food? He must lay awake at night thinking up fresh and amazing combinations. The grandkids love the mac and cheese and quesadilla with a drink and fresh fruit options. My daughter and wife love the "Le squish" burger (a 2.5oz Top Sirloin Patties, American Cheese, Pickles, Red Onion and Russian Dressing on a Toasted Bun) and the "Asian chicken" salad (fried Chicken, Romaine Lettuce, Slaw, Red Onion, Orange Slices, Goji Berry, Cilantro, Toasted Almonds, Asian Vinaigrette and a Lime Wedge). I ordered the new "Nashville Hot Chicken" sandwich (fried Chicken Tossed in Spicy Oil, Tarragon Aioli, Butter Lettuce, Slaw, Red Onion, and Citrus Vinaigrette on a Brioche Bun). My family and I went here when we couldn't decide on a place last week. It was our first and will be our last time. The sweet potato fries really are delicious and they do say they are "bottomless" but we never got a refill. They have a nice patio area but inside, like a lot of the new eateries in that part of town, has cement floors, metal chairs, blaring music and is overwhelming loud. It almost has an industry feel to it. I just wasn't impressed. We should have went to five guys next door. Edited to add: I added another star when the owner sent me an email apologizing for my 2 star review (above), I feel bad that my review was taken as I wasn't happy with something they did. There is nothing specifically wrong with the place or the food. Many people seemed to really like it. They seemed to have a good thriving business. They were really busy. I didn't see any "plain regular normal hamburgers" there were some gourmet burgers and lots of other sandwiches. It was really clean, inside and out . I really liked the patio. Every time I've gone to Cubby's in Spanish Fork, I've been impressed with the food and the service. My husband and I love the California Tri-tip, and it tastes even better when you order the buffalo blue cheese fries to go along with it. Last night's visit was the best visit yet, confirming that we will frequent this restaurant. We walked in at 9:53 (they close at 10) and apologetically ordered our food to-go. I absolutely love Cubby's. My favorite is the Houdini Hamburger and Rosemary Fries. I like how it is delicious and quick and I don't feel like I have eaten "fast food". Even the hamburger and fries feels much more healthy than any other restaurant. When I go to a "chain" hamburger place I feel greasy and tired and kinda regret eating it. However, this has never happened with Cubby's food. It is always very good tasting and you feel great afterwards. Fresh food fast! Ate here as we were passing through. Chose it on a whim even though there are 2 other sandwich places next door. We were so happy with our choice. Inexpensive, fast and tasty and way better than any fast food joints. Excellent buns, lots of drink choices, great fry sauce and awesome music playing. Sitting area is all tables & chairs, no booths, a little uninviting, but not bad, especially for lunch. Our kids loved the Mac & cheese and apple juice boxes....so great for kids, too. read more

I love this place. I usually go to the one in Spanish Fork. Although, I do like everything I've tried I tend to get the Mr. Beef, Chicago style Italian beef, wet and hot or the Heart Attack which is the Mr. beef with an Italian sausage in it. I am from Chicago and this is the best I have had outside of the area so it's a bit of a taste from home. Only thing really to improve on is the hot Giardiniera is not spicy. A family member brought me a jar from a Chicago restaurant so last time I put that on it, YUM! Oh and the rosemary fries are awesome. read more

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. I hope we just hit it on at a bad time tonight. Floor was dirty, food was uninspired, salads came 10 minutes after everyone else had dinner-after approaching the counter for the 3rd time, all while 4 managers, "big wigs, cubby's employees, managers or something" sat by us having their big chat session. My husband and I have yet to be disappointed! We go to the Spanish Fork location often on the nights I don't want to cook dinner. The food is always fresh and full of flavor! Went to Cubby's on a Friday night at 7-ish. Knew I'd made a mistake when the line was out the door but thankfully the line moved fairly fast. I got the tri-tip salad and others in my group ordered the Dragonslayer and the Houdini burgers and an order of the rosemary fries. As always, the burgers were amazing. I hate to say this cuz I don't want them to jack up the price but the fries are delicious and a bargain. The salad was good, I've had it before. Think it would be better without the sliced almonds and the few sad craisins that were on top and make it a savory salad with onion strings on top instead for crunch. read more
