I am blown away by my positive experiences with Cubes Self-Storage Kirkland. The facility feels new, clean, safe (personal codes required for access) and the customer service is top notch. When I was initially researching storage unit options in the area I spoke with Tyler on the phone and he was extremely helpful and answered my many questions professionally, patiently and courteously. Jeremy has been there for my move-in visits and he is also extremely helpful, knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond for customer service. Super nice guys, thankful for their help. They had an internet promo discount for the first 3 months which helped reduce the fee a bit. Lots of great things to like - covered loading area with many parking spots so things don't get wet, moving truck available upon request for moving, and personal access codes for extra security. The whole team at Cubes made my move-in and move-out quick and painless. The place is spotless, and it doesn't feel sketchy like some of the other self-storage places I've used. My favorite part about this Kirkland location (aside from the people) is their covered loading zone with parking spots right in front of the elevator. I visited several of the Kirkland area storage facilities for comparison and after a tour with Jeremy at the Cubes location I stopped shopping - there isn't any competition. The facility is like new, brightly lit, immaculate, has multiple levels of security, fair pricing, flexible terms and the guys who work there are great. Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, and totally friendly. We moved furniture into the un it today and used the free 14 foot truck for a few hours to get it done. While it's typically difficult to get too excited about a self-storage facility, Cubes is the exception. They tick every box you could ask for: Very clean and safe facilities. Brightly lit hallways and units. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff (Tyler and Jeremy deserve serious accolades for being extremely helpful and making customers feel welcome, whether they're new or returning customers). Predictable, stable, and fair pricing. It's a pleasure to go there, which is something I've never said about a storage facility before. read more

Get a storage unit here!! You will not be disappointed. I searched around the area for storage units and the service I got here was amazing! There was also an internet deal for the first 3 months for the unit, so check their website! When you get a unit you also have access to a FREE 4 hour rental truck. This came in handy the day I moved out of the unit. I had a short term rental and it was so easy to get set up. I even did it during the prime of COVID, they had protocols set up for safety and cleanliness. The storage unit has more security than expected, you have a code to access the elevators and even in the elevators you need to input the access code. The building was impeccably clean. Jeremy was the associate that helped me out, he had superb customer service. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly, he was personable and attentive. Each time that I went to the unit he made sure to see if I needed help or if I had questions. There are many storage units in the area but I would highly recommend this one! read more

This is a brand new business in Kirkland so of course is clean and well cared for. Customer Service is the key to any business. At Cubes, Tyler and Jeremy will take very good care of you. They go out of their way to make sure we understand the entry procedures (we were a little slow in learning ) CHEERfully! There are a great variety of sizes (not always the case) the spaces are well lit and climate controlled. The prices are more reasonable than some of the older less cared for spaces we looked at. This business has some of the best customer service I've received in my life! Tyler, the manager who is often working the front desk is incredibly organized, cheerful, and helpful. He knew my first and last name by my 2nd visit to the facility and remembered it every visit after that. He went above and beyond to make it easier for me to get things loaded into my storage units. Then, to top it all off, when I was trying to coordinate moving my storage unit goods while I was on the other side of the country he went out of the way to help with things like getting my moving truck parked in a good spot in front of the building and coordinating with my movers. This obviously goes well above and beyond his standard job description! Jeremy, who also works there, is also wonderful; but I've dealt with Tyler the most. Aside from spectacular customer service, this facility is new, beautiful, well cared for, and has everything you could possibly want in a storage unit facility.
