Our reservation time was 5:30PM but over 40 minutes later, still trying to get our vehicle. There was originally one person at the desk, and 2 more came after but they barely did much to assist. Only when the line got extremely long did the other 2 start taking a desk. The person who assisted us didn't explain much about the process, just demanded information. Our attendant took 20+ minutes just trying to assign us a truck. If this wasn't the only nearby U-Haul location, I would've went elsewhere as the service provided and the attitude was overall atrocious.

So, in short, if you use Moving Zone, you are effectively giving them an option to either deliver your property or to not deliver it and give you 6 cents per pound of property.

They handle their jobs with accurate precision and knowledge, just as long as they have a bottle in the truck (I even saw one of them swigging one during their ten minute break). They are a very sociable bunch - everybody kept a good attitude despite the heat and the weight they had to lug up three floors into a narrow apartment. They assembled my bedroom with haste and upon my command. It took them about eight hours to complete a two stop journey involving two peoples' furniture across three counties. We tipped them a good amount of cash (40$ each and a bottle of Jack) and they left happily. They don't get paid much by their company, but they sure as hell know how to do a moving job with speed and efficiency.

I'm so glad they opened up a store here. They are open long hours as well: Monday thru Friday 7am-7p and weekends 9am-1p I think. Now I don't have to search up places to return my packages. I can just go here. One thing to note is that they charge $1 for usps drop offs and if you want them to print your label. I think that's reasonable.

With that being said, we reached out to Xavier letting him know of the situation immediately. Xavier was extremely understanding of our frustration and even more apologetic. He was very communicative via email the entire process and kept things professional. After a couple of days of going back and forth, we were able to get a full refund and Xavier is working on our insurance check as we speak.
