This place is well-lit, temperature-controlled, and easily accessible, and the access hours work for most cutter schedules. The service I experienced today takes this place from good to great. Erika is highly competent and has a calming demeanor that immediately puts me at ease, as we all know that moving can be very stressful full-time; she makes the leasing process easy and makes sure that you know you are a priority when you visit her store. When there was an urgent matter, she was not in a panic. She masterfully walked me through the issue and guided me to the solution. The urgent matter was my fault, and Erika apologized, which was not her responsibility. She understands that it's essential to keep the customer experience cheerful and the transaction task-oriented. Now I have to figure out how to clone her so she is everywhere else I go. When I call the bank, when I am on the airplane, when I go to work, when I go to the doctor's office, and when I go out to dinner, I need Erika to be in those places. I've had this unit for a little over a year and no one ever…read morecommunicated to me that I needed to purchase a new lock after getting my unit out of foreclosure status. I opened my unit to a MESS, which is not how I left my belongings. Someone had been LIVING in my storage unit, and there were mouse feces everywhere. Luckily I was able to collect most of my valuable possessions however to know that someone was able to access my unit and live there is truly disheartening. Management needs to do better checks and better communication with customers about their units.

What a crock! My husband and I went to this location, told them we wanted to store 2 motorcycles…read morefor the winter, looked at the various size units, then rented a 10 x 10. We were told to bring the registration, title and proof of insurance on the bikes when we brought them in. We brought the motorcycles with all the paperwork to store them at which point we were told since I rented the unit only my motorcycle could be stored in it - my husband had to rent a second unit as i am not on his title. that is there POLICY. I wanted to raise the matter above the Sunday fill-in guys head which fell on deaf ears. Big time BAIT AND SWITCH! We inked a deal with them understanding they were working in good faith. They only thing they really care about is being able to liquidate everything in your unit should you not pay. Never ever will I use this storage facility no matter how nice and clean (it is) and DO NOT recommend anyone try to store vehicles with them. FOLLOW UP - Dave at presumably the home office called to discuss my experience, promised he would provide a refund of the charges we encountered. 3 weeks later that refund remains missing, go figure.
