We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

Prices are competitive, and the indoor units are tiered based on the ground floor. The more convenient, the more spendy. So if you don't mind using the elevators, you can save some money. Lots of sizes from 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, even 10x15. The guys that work here are awesome. Friendly accommodating, and available (even after hours) if you have problems. The gate needs a password, as does the door, and the elevator if you have access (which you only have access to a floor if you have a locker there). It's also under 24 hour video surveillance, so your stuff is safer here than anywhere short of a bank. The place is clean, with bug traps to catch critters. They have a fleet of dollies for moving things, as well as a loading dock and garage doors. I can't describe all the great things they've done for me here, but it's been the best storage facility I've used.
