Hate this ups store. First off the store is a mess. It's small and cramped and there are packages stacked all over the place on the floor and counters and against the walls. Another issue is that this location doesn't have the self service drop off box. They have the slowest workers ever so it's annoying having to wait in line for 30 minutes just to drop off a package that takes 2 seconds. The one worker was done helping someone and with a line of 5 people just started talking to the coworker who was helping someone else instead of attending to the line of waiting people. Don't recommend this location. read more

As a customer of this store they failed miserably at their jobs with thinking is that "India is Bangladesh, Bangladesh is a city from India." Three of their workers said that said Bangladesh is a city the paper. I was delivering important documents that was supposed go straight to Bangladesh the country not the city! The paper are in India just sitting in the airport for no damn reason because of these worker did a massive fail. Now we have redo the papers and give it back to bangladesh because they can't deliver anymore to Bangladesh. Worst ups store and worst customer service never come here if you want your important stuff gone the value of these paper were to important they also charged us 126$ because of shipment and it went to India still. read more

I have been a loyal customer at this location for nearly five years, and my experiences with the staff have consistently been positive--until recently. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent encounter that reflects poor customer service and requires attention. Approximately three weeks ago, I was assisted by a tall young woman with long dark hair, possibly of West Indian descent. During the initial interaction, she was pleasant and helpful. I purchased a stamp and asked her to mail an envelope containing an invoice. The transaction went smoothly. About 15 minutes after leaving, she courteously called to inform me that I had left a copy of the invoice behind. I appreciated the call and asked if she could place the invoice in my mailbox for pickup the following Saturday, as I regularly check my mail then. She agreed, and we ended the conversation. The issue arose when I later followed up with the vendor to confirm payment. Unfortunately, I was informed that they had not received the invoice, which led to the cancellation of my account. Concerned, I contacted the location last Saturday to speak directly with the staff member who assisted me. I understand Saturdays can be busy, and the team may have been overwhelmed; however, I was very disappointed by the hostile and dismissive tone I received during the call. When I inquired about whether the envelope was mailed and if my invoice had been placed in the mailbox as requested, the employee responded angrily and could not provide a clear answer. Her tone indicated frustration, and when I asked to speak with a manager, she abruptly stated the manager was unavailable until Monday through Friday--then hung up on me. This occurred around 2:45 PM, even though the store remains open until 3:00 PM. The purpose of this message is to formally raise this concern in the hope that it will be addressed appropriately. I've been coming here for years but today was 100% the last time. First off, William, was a giant jerk. I had a code from Amazon that literally says "do not package or label on it" (I've done this dozens of times) and William just wanted to argue back and forth with me on why it's not packaged. I had to physically show him where it said this and he still wanted to argue like okay buddy maybe you shouldn't be in customer service. Will never go here again, so embarrassing. On another note- this facility is NOT recognizing covid protocols, VERY small building and everyone was sardined in it. Manager clearly didn't care about how William was talking to customers (she was literally standing right there while this happened and didn't say anything- how embarrassing for a business) Fortunately, UPS corporate and the CDC are much more apt to handle situations like this. read more

Let me tell you about the rocket scientists they have working in this place... My father passed away a few days ago. I had a very important page of my father's estate documents that needed to be signed by me and notarized and sent out immediately so that my father's life insurance and other items could be processed for my mother. All four of my siblings needed to do the same, all over the country and no one had a problem but me at the UPS Store in Boynton Beach off Woolbright at Las Ventanas. I called this UPS store at 4:47PM today and asked if there was a notary onsite and when the last overnight pickup would take place. The answer was yes, they have a notary and that the last pickup was at 5:30PM but that I probably missed it. When I pointed out that it was only 4:47PM and that I lived within walking distance, the employee stated that they may come early and that I probably missed it anyway. I told her I was going to try because what I needed to get out was very important. When I arrived, the gentlemen who is apparently a notary public, looked at the document which is merely an acknowledgement that I, the heir, received a request to probate the will, he said he needed a copy of the DEATH CERTIFICATE and that he needed the document to be revised to reflect "State of Florida" instead of "State of Georgia" because he is not licensed in the state of Georgia. Is this guys serious??? This man clearly doesn't know what his role is as a Notary. He is not a lawyer and this document has NOTHING to do with him. He, as a notary, is simply signing off that I am who I say I am and that I signed the document. THAT IS ALL. That's what the $40 Notary 2 hour class qualified him to do. Not to review legal documents and make determinations about legal requirements. That's called Law School. The management of this store needs to seriously review their choices of employees and hire individuals that have an understanding of what it is they do. I have never experienced such ignorance coupled with poor customer service in my life. I want nothing more than for this store to fold and it be replaced by a Fed Ex Office. Those folks at least know what they are doing. In the meantime, my neighbors, family and friends will be taking our business elsewhere. Because trust me - I'm telling EVERYONE about this. This little attitude of both of your stellar employees delayed my mother in settling my father's estate. I will be shouting this from the rooftops. Best of luck! read more

Called in regards to community outreach- was asking a few questions and the contact info for the owner, Danielle the store manager was quickly to say no thank you, and hung up on me, I tried to call back 3 times in a row to see if there was a mistake and the call rang and ended up at voicemail. Listen, there are multiple ways to say no to people if you aren't interested- especially rude to hang up on anyone and be called the store manager. I dropped off two items for return to Amazon on 01.08.21. The receipt they gave me with the two UPS tracking numbers on it states estimated pick up date from the UPS store as Friday, 01.08.21, the same date I dropped off the items for return before noon. As of today, 01.17.21, UPS tracking shows the items have not even been packaged and sent back to Amazon. WTH is going on? 10 days and it has not even been sent yet. Funny thing is that if I was reviewing the worker Lydia or the gentleman who works in here it would be 5 stars. I am sorry that I am reviewing you now after I was ripped off by the lady working the shift right now. She immediately went to UPS shipping and it was over $50 bucks to ship something to NJ. I came back home and mentioned my experience to my boyfriend and he described the same lady and the same experience. Seems like she pushes UPS to make more money. I also looked it up on USPS website and I could have saved over 30.00. I am pretty disappointed that this was my first bad experience at this store. I will avoid the lady with bob haircut from now on. If the gentleman or the lady named Lydia are not in the office looking out for Las Ventanas residents I do not know where we would be. Don't trust your packages to be delivered properly if you drop them off at this store. They lost my package and never bothered to do a search on it. Three weeks and I can't get an update. Don't return calls. Staff is rude, laughed when I asked if they were doing a search. Avoid at all costs. read more

Hit or miss service here. Some of the employees are great some are just meh. The place seems poorly managed, during peak times there is only one person working there and off peak theres at least 3 people behind the counter. I live in the community attached to this store and its convenient for many reasons, customer service could be way better. read more
