The entire building has rat droppings and puddles of rat pee on the floor. All the items in the unit are ruined. Furniture chewed on, plastic containers chewed through, cardboard boxes had nests inside of them. As we are cleaning out the unit, one of the boxes had a rat inside of it.

Dealing with the girl that works in the office is a hassle too. She's rude and has an air of superiority. She needs to work on accommodating the people who rent there. If I need to ask her a question I feel like I'm bothering her. Doug the site manager is a nice guy. Its too bad he isn't there more often. The large, two-story property is located off of very busy Azusa Ave, hidden to the rear of several auto shops. The property is open from 700 am to 645 pm every day of the week and provides tenants/storage unit renters with 24/7 monitored security. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of space available and, in my opinion, are a great value. I feel very comfortable with renting a storage unit for my large, bulky property.
