The unit was infested with rats.. Spoke with management for months, the infestation kept getting…read moreworse. Rat traps were put inside the unit did not help. The entire building has rat droppings and puddles of rat pee on the floor. All the items in the unit are ruined. Furniture chewed on, plastic containers chewed through, cardboard boxes had nests inside of them. As we are cleaning out the unit, one of the boxes had a rat inside of it.

Someone cut my lock and stolen all my package and at least 16 boxes last November. The thief used…read moremy identity to apply a lot of bank loans. It took me several month to solve this issue. The problem is they don't have camera in each hall. So they can't know if someone cut and changed your lock. They say they will have camera next week in the hall but the police told me they won't have camera forever if they say so. And I really can't believe their manager never apologized and feels like it's not their responsibility. Planning to sue them. If this doesn't happen on you, you won't feel how terrible their service is. They earn money so easy that they even can't guarantee your lock won't be cut. Believe me a storage service should have camera and monitor system. Instead only having one camera at the gate. Although they provide a little cheaper price, I really regret choose A-America storage at Pomona. The last thing is the thief has passcode to enter this storage so I'm pretty sure it's their customer or their own people. Who is the next victim? That's right, they more than doubled the rent with a single increase only a few months in. The best part is they're currently advertising the same size unit for a non-promo rent of $114. I would have been a long term renter here but moved out the day before the rent increase. I'll never do business with StorQuest again.
