After…read morea 12-hour out-of-state drive and under a time crunch since they close at 9 PM, we were delayed an hour because we weren't given the access code to the second floor and couldn't reach anyone by phone. Thankfully, another customer came by and helped us. The second floor is hot and has no ventilation. On top of that, we realized we were assigned the unit at the very end--so make sure to confirm which unit you're getting, because there is only ONE access door. So imagine having to walk and push your cart from one end to the other multiple times. They're quick to call and answer when it's bill-related, though.

As soon as PS bought the facility, we had nothing BUT problems. Our units were robbed continuously, and management (on-site and district), refused to help. This gave them ample opportunity to continue to rob our units. The other complaint is the constant raising of the rent, with absolutely NO JUSTIFICATION, to do so, (no upstairs ventilation, stairwells filled with spider webs and dust), except to price the unit's out beyond affordability, so they could "auction" whatever items remained. The auction house they used to finally empty my family's units were rigged so that the storage personnel would gladly pilfering through whatever was left, before selling it for ridiculous fees, and then having the audacity to try to charge US, for the cleaning g fees, when it's the responsibility of the auction 'winner.' DO NOT rent here. There are better storage places to rent from in the area, that are also more secure, and have more restrictive access to not only the gate, but the upstairs indoor u it's, as well.

I like how they have gate/door access through their app as it makes it convenient getting in the place. I noticed after a few months there were a lot of rodent droppings and urine stains on my stuff when I would go to pick up something. I let the front office know and they said they are aware and they could put traps in my storage unit if I wanted. I would have had dead rodents in my storage unit, didn't really want that, so I guess I need to deal with the rodents making a mess. They also raised the rent on me "just because". An okay place to store your things if you don't mind rodents pissing and pooing and chewing up your things.

I called their customer service office, called the office of my unit and both couldn't do a thing. I get it... they have us by the _ _ _ _ _ and they do NOT care. They referred me again to Greg Carr was merciless at our last encounter, so hard pass. BEWARE, the reason they have an unbelievable customer satisfaction rating is because they offer you a free lock when you open an account and give them a five star rating. They buy their reviews. Honestly, if I could give 0 stars, I would…read more This place is a mess. Terrible hours, especially during the week. Weird tech issues like only being able to use certain elevators. Nonexistent customer service or help. Let's start with the hours. They close at 6pm. For someone who works until 5 and has to make the drive to the location, that leaves very little time to get anything done. If you happen to be even a minute late, you better hope you get lucky and find someone. The elevators are also old and creaky. You're limited to being able to use only a single elevator, so if the other elevator comes down, you get to restart the process of calling an elevator and hoping the right one shows up. And talking about the personnel. I've been renting here since July and have yet to see an actual worker here. Public Storage's app uses your phone's bluetooth to gain access to the facility. Wouldn't it be great to let someone on site even after hours (within reason), since you're getting them to log in and know exactly who is coming in and out? You know, like others do? I was pretty desperate looking for somewhere near my new home and found this place. Pretty full of regret now, and even though I'm not ready to empty it, I'm half tempted to take a day and pull everything out. Paying way too much and getting way too little here. Oh, also got a notice of an increase in cost - making this even less worth the service being provided. For a company that's providing a service, they sure aren't service oriented, are they?
