We rented a spot for my elderly aunt who needed long term storage for some of her things. One stop storage and Patricia were so helpful in finding a unit that was the right size and price for us. The hours are decent as well, 7-7. The price increases are once a year only as well. We had a unit with public storage that went up almost $100 in one year, so I was happy to hear that there would only be a modest increase yearly rather than whenever they felt like it. read more

I went to One Stop Storage in Covina and I got to say you do get what you pay for. Prices were pretty fair. The front building may look small but holy moly when you walk in it's bigger once you get the tour you'll be surprised. Patricia Villa helped my mother-in-law with all her things and it was nice to know that her items which she had a lot of were kept in good condition and were safe. Service is a lot more friendly over here than a lot of other places. Once you walk in you feel safe the entire place is clean. The restroom was immaculate. They have everything you really truly need. If you have valuable things you're going to want security and you're going to want to feel safe. Everywhere you walk is clean. I love it. Plus there's a humongous large elevator so that you don't have to take the stairs if you have to load and unload they have trucks boxes dollies and much more there's also a call box if you you need assistance with anything. They are there to help you and to make sure all your things are safe.  I definitely would recommend this place. read more

Reserved a storage spot online. Took a bit to call back (I ended up calling them) to secure the spot. Also, the 1/2 off 1st month storage requires a 5 month commitment. That is not disclosed anywhere in the offer. Also, ask about hidden fees (buy an $11 lock, paying mandatory insurance & administrative fees). Looks like a nice facility, but ended up going with AAA Quality Storage down the street who threw in a truck for free and did not have such fees. Ps. No mandatory insurance at AAA Quality Storage. They also waived the administrative fee and I am on a month to month contract rather than a 5 month commitment. Thanks AAA Quality Storage. read more

I must admit I was very happy, the place was very clean all the storage units are inside they provide cart to move your things from the parking structure that is close to the elevator if your unit is on the other floors. Darlene was very helpful in explaining the facility to me. She took me on a tour of the place. Spic and span. Smelled very clean too. After she was done her Husband took me to my unit and explained the locking system to me. This place if a very secure facility, a must for anyone. I am sure if you visit you would be pleased also. I had called four other locations prior to speaking with Tyrone at One-Stop Storage. He offered the best deal I had heard and after his closing pitch, I went ahead and reserved a 5 X 10. When I came in on the day I reserved the storage Tyrone was very pleasant to work with and did a great job explaining everything. P.S. if you have renters insurance bring a copy with you so that you don't incur insurance fees all of the storage facilities require insurance. Also if you get a third-floor unit the ceiling is more than 15 feet high lots of space going up. read more

Gard and Darlene make this storage unit a great experience. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and they keep the place well guarded and very clean. We sold our California house 5 months before our home in another state was finished. We had to put everything in storage. We chose One Stop because we had a good experience before with them. For moving, Gard told me that a U-Haul, 26-foot truck and trailer would be perfect for us. He was right. We had no problem whatsoever. The truck and trailer performed above expectations on the trip, even climbing Cajon Pass and Baker Pass during the heat of summer. I highly recommend One Stop Storage and their U-Haul equipment. read more

Very clean facility and amazingly friendly staff! My husband and I have stored our precious things here for over a year and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The coffee is always fresh and the facilities are as clean as I've ever seen. This place is the only place I truly trust. I first I picked it because it was close by to my house but even moving to Pasadena and other locations, I continue to use this storage. I haven't lost or had any problems with the company so far and been with them for over two years. I don't recommend getting storage on the 3 floor because during the summer it is ridiculously hot! But of course it's out of their control and depends if they have room of the storage space you want. Have many different storage sizes and all for reasonable prices. read more
