Now we have been there for almost 2 months now and went in when John was not there and had to deal with another man. Don't know his name (man with dreadlocks) is what I'll call him. I walked in and was completely ignored. He did not say a word to me nor even looked up. He was helping a gentleman and just walked out with him. I said well I guess I will come back later. He looked at me said "sorry" and kept walking. I was pretty upset. Came back next day, thank god my man Johnathan was there because I paid my bill within 2 mins got great service he did apologize for his employee and we hope this will get addressed. Wish I could have gave 5 stars . Ok got an Update!! Ran into some moving issues won't go into to much detail but my main man Johnathan worked with us and made our experience with renting storage a breeze! My rating went from a 4 to a 5! We have called and called and called since then, trying to get a new access code that will actually work, but no one answers the phone or returns our calls. Bet they'd be happy to move our stuff out if I stopped payment though! I'll be reporting to the BBB because we've been unable to access our unit since renting it, which is ridiculous!!!! Do not bother with this place, you'll be sorry if you do!

The homeowner is upset that one room is essentially a fire hazard and the egress from that room is blocked. I paid $1460 to have my belongings placed in certain areas of the house, and that did not happen. June 2, 2024 After several phone calls to EE Ward in Grove City, my nephews and I agreed to a crew returning to the house to place the boxes in their respective places (bedroom, basement). My nephews and I cleaned the cat litter issues. While on the phone, my nephew explained that I am elderly and disabled, and he is recovering from lung cancer. A crew of three movedthe boxes on Friday, May 31. Marcy, Shayna, and Janine were quite helpful in resolving this complaint.

The only thing I would say that was a negative was I had to call three weeks in advance to schedule. But that was fine since we had 30 days to close on our home. It's summer, I get it. But the movers who showed up were incredible. Our driver Jake made sure all our floors were covered with mats or cardboard so we didn't get scratches. This was great because our floors in Columbus were brand new! We tipped each guy $100 since they were so good. They wore masks which my wife appreciated as well.
