I'm in the middle of selling my home and incredibly stressed out. She made the process of acquiring and selecting the unit so easy. She was extremely professional and just a great break from the other stressors I have going on. The contract is electronic. Their covid protocols are strictly adhered to. The place itself is spotless and secure. There are multiple layers of security and several cameras. I could not recommend them more. Also - when I arrived, someone had left their keys. Another employee was actively calling the library listed on a card from the persons keychain trying to get the keys back to the individual. They have a solid crew there.

So I am now paying 2x what was advertised. When I called to share my frustration, I was told that my initial rate was an online special that was 50% off the going rate at the time. The going rate is now 3x what I am paying -- not sure how I am at a lower rate but I guess I'll take it. Want real figures? My initial rate was $26. I now pay $53. Others renting similar place are being offered at $150, or so I'm lead to believe. Evidently this is industry standard (month to month pricing), but it feels predatory. I only share so that others might better understand what they are getting into.

We discussed pricing and I requested to look at both units. Just as I thought the smaller unit is what I needed. Once we got back to the office he quoted me a different price and said I was not eligible for the promotion because I rented from them 3 years ago. Even though I left in good standing. I asked why he didn't provide the standard quote for the smallest unit in the beginning he said he didn't know I rented from them before. But he quoted me the same rate from the larger unit he suggested I should get. I decided to go somewhere else. He was not helpful nor accommodating. I felt I was not going to get quality service as soon as I walked in this establishment. My instincts were accurate. Please provide better service training for your employees.

We purchased a 27x 10 space earlier in the week but when we got there today, the truck behind our space was overlapping into our space, making ours 24 feet. When talking to the guy working, his response was he can get the guy to move the truck up in the space( which he did a few inches and didn't help), try to switch with the neighbor but no answer or leave the premises with our boat. We paid for a 27 foot spot but it was really 23/24 feet.. but according to the guy working there, it was our fault to not test out the spot first to see if it fit. The guy reported the truck guy didn't want to move his truck and bc he has been there a whiland the working guy said nothing he could do about it but leave the facility. So we had to find a spot, at 7 pm, to be able to place our boat. Extremely disappointed in the staff and situation. I would not recommend this place at all. Waiting to talk to the owner/ manager about this as well.

Ell was very helpful and have a thorough explanation of the rental process and she did it with a genuine smile that you could feel that she was happy to assist without any hesitation. I was able to get the units I needed in the time frame I was looking for. I have to say that it was the team work between Josh and Ell that made that happen. Josh assisted and was able to find the units that were becoming available. He and Ell made this process such a delight when I was expecting it to be somewhat stressful with the time frame I had. Not only was this experience a breath of fresh air, but it continued each time I was at the facility. The maintenance and care of the facility is just as nice. Each time I have made a trip to my unit I see all of the crew doing something around the facility and each time they make eye contact and greet you with a smile. Josh was painting on one occasion and stopped what he was doing to acknowledge me and say good morning. You do not get this kind of acknowledgment anywhere these days and when you do it's definitely recognized. Thank you Josh, Ell and the other extremely kind and helpful maintenance helper that all I can remember is he has been with them for 4 years . I didn't want to get his name wrong. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with DC Pro Movers was extremely disappointing…read more I even attempted to address my concerns privately before posting publicly, but I never received a response. One of the movers appeared to be intoxicated during my move. He was an older, shorter Hispanic gentleman, and every time he came near me I could smell alcohol. This made me very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about professionalism, safety, and whether this contributed to the delays during the move. I was also charged a fuel fee for a move that was only 0.3 miles away, which felt completely unreasonable. On top of that, my final bill nearly doubled from the original estimate. I was charged approximately $350 for packing supplies even though I had already purchased and provided my own tape and wrapping materials and placed them in each room for the movers to use. I even have photos documenting this. When I questioned the charges, I was first told there was a misunderstanding and then told the supplies "weren't seen." Despite me clearly communicating that my own supplies were available, the movers chose to use company materials anyway. While I understand charges for sofa covers and a TV box, one of my smaller TVs had already been wrapped and I specifically stated it did not need to be boxed. They proceeded anyway and charged me for it. The most upsetting part was feeling pressured to pay the full amount before my belongings would be unloaded. After reviewing everything afterward, I truly do not believe the charges were fair or transparent. I gave the company an opportunity to resolve this professionally before posting this review, but the lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating. Customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing -- unfortunately, that was not my experience.

There were a couple of lapses. They left one bathroom completely untouched. Didn't pack or move the contents! Forgot some things in the shed. And in the afternoon of moving day they left boxes on the wrong floor. Things that were labeled Basement Den were upstairs and vs vs. They came back from lunch smelling of weed... I think that explains it. Overall I was satisfied but if I were hiring them again I would be sure to supervise more closely.

They were lovely to work with, and Waverly even diagnosed why one of our pieces of furniture was on the wobbly side. Couldn't recommend them more!
