Being locked out of your storage unit right before a flight is incredibly stressful and unacceptable. The second major issue is the constant rent increases. After only a few months, our rate was increased by approximately $40. Then, after being loyal customers for over two years, we were hit with another increase of nearly $120 per month. These price hikes feel excessive and unfair, especially considering there were no noticeable improvements to the facility or services. Customer service has been inconsistent, communication is unreliable, and the pricing structure feels like a bait-and-switch. They get you in with one rate and then continue raising it over time. Between the unexpected access problems and the unreasonable rent increases, this experience has been extremely frustrating.
