The only thing that was needed to complete the transaction was the security code. When that was recorded it was rejected for being invalid. How can that be when I have used it for other transactions with success. When completing past transaction, different clerks were advised of this problem and to date nothing has been rectified.

I was told my unit would be $75 a month, pricey. When I checked my bank account I had a mysterious charge of $104. I found out it was Storage Sense. I called and was told my rent was not $75, but $84 and there was an administrative fee as well. What? None of this was discussed. I called and relayed what I was told by an office worker. They said they would talk to their district manager and get with me. The office worker that had misquoted the price called back and said the district manager said my rent will be $84, and she never told me that rent would be $75. Pulling my stuff out. Shame on y'all. Keep this up and you are going to lose even more business.
