Fabulous service. Our waiter kept our water filled. We ate outside. There were 8 in our party including 3 children. The table was beneath a fan and there was a mister nearby so we were comfortable. The restruant was clean and bright. The food was delicious. We had the garlic dip as an appetizer. They brought me enough gluten free bread to last a week. I had the salmon. It had lots of garlic cloves as well as veggies. The kids had cheese pizzas and we took home leftovers. Be sure to make a reservation as they are so popular they cannot take walk-ins.

There are not too many places to eat in Graeagle, CA, so you may lower your expectations subconsciously. Keep your expectations high because Cuccia's will meet and exceed your standards. The service is comparable to a Michelin restaurant. The ambiance is "small-town romantic". The wine selection is expansive. The food was excellent. We have eaten there 3 times. MAKE A RESERVATION, especially on Fridays.

What a gem of a restaurant in this small town. The interior is really comfortable and they have a nice outdoor seating too. We were a party of eight and all of our food arrived at the same time and was delicious. I ordered sacchetti because I've never seen it before. I was not disappointed! It even came with a nice side salad, a great Caesar

Delicious Graeagle Italian spot! The view of the meadow is incredible outside, and they also had misters going out front because it was so hot. I'm not sure if a reservation is required, but I would recommend making one. Our server was very prompt and also super kind! We started out with the calamari fritto, and it was super delicious! The calamari steak was cooked perfectly. Calamari isn't my favorite dish, but even I liked it! For my entree I ordered the pesto cerrito with added chicken, and it was amazing. The portion wasn't too big, which I really liked. The sun dried tomatoes paired perfectly with the pesto and were a great added touch! For my dessert I ordered an affogato (my personal favorite)! The espresso was yummy and the ice cream was as well. Such a great way to round out a meal. Everyone was very satisfied with their dish, and we will definitely be returning!

Such an amazing local restaurant! The owner is super sweet, the staff exceptional, and the food amazing! We've been coming here for years and the food and ambiance only gets better! Their wine list is exceptional, and our favorites are their pizza and Italian fare. Their homemade soups are incredible and their blue cheese dressing and garlic bread are delicious! Reservations are recommended and they have indoor and outdoor seating.

I've only been here a few times since I now live out of town... but every time I visit, I appreciate the interior - I really like the look! We started with spinach / artichoke dip as an appetizer... thumbs up all around the table on that one. There are actually several appetizers on the menu that look good - it's always tough for me to choose - but if you just wanted to drop by for a happy hour nibble, I'd say most people would be covered. It'd be fair to say that apps are one of their strengths. I had a caesar salad, and it was good! Pretty standard caesar, but I'm amazed that many restaurants manage to screw it up by drowning it in dressing or whatever. None of the common mistakes here - nice fresh, crisp lettuce... good dressing and imo the right amount - not too heavy, not too light. Just right. One of my friends had the Chicken Parm and the other had Shrimp Scampi - both reported goodness! The dishes looked great, but I behaved this time and kept my fork to myself. I had the salmon - one of my "go to" dishes - and it was good as well. Yes... we had dessert! There were several good options, but we decided to share the cookie "mess". Good balance with all ingredients... and for something described as a "mess," it was plated quite well! Definitely high on my list of possibilities when I'm in the area!

The wood-fired pizza was one of the best we've ever had - how they get their crust so thin is amazing! The service was outstanding, and we really appreciated the owner coming out to say hello and ask how we liked our meal. We will definitely come back here again!

Gluten Free was an issue and owner complained a bit, saying call ahead for GF pasta. The GF pasta was several clumpy messes in an Alfredo sauce. Gnocchi with Alfredo was horrible. Gnocchi was gummy, not fresh. The Alfredo sauce tasted like Classico from a jar. So, so terrible. Furthermore, ice cubes in your water were not an option. Asked for ice cubes, his son said he could give a little. He brought 1/2 glass...we shared it among the two of us. No ice cubes. Perhaps, my expectations are to high; but, always thought Ice water is a restaurant staple. Dessert refrigerator was empty. No fresh italian dessert. Baklava was in the case. The other issue, if he has no business he closes earlier and doesn't stay around. Wanted pizza one night, drove there from Penn Valley an hour before closing and coincidentally the owner was driving out. He stopped his car, asked what I wanted, I said "Pizza". He said sorry no business closed early. i said oh and went to Pete's Pizza had a nice pizza and drove home. Finally, in my opinion, it's not fresh Italian. It's from a jar, packaged and frozen products put together slabbed on a plate and called Italian. The owner commuted pizza was easier, pull dough from freezer, put sauce, toppings and bake. Italian food needs Italian bread, breadsticks...not pita bread. Unfortunately, very terrible food and experience. Hope many others enjoy the food and experience. Local won't be coming back. God bless the previous owners, good and hard work.

After being sat, we received water and bread fairly quickly, but service went downhill from there. It took another 5-10 minutes for our server to check in, and when she did, we asked for a little more time. She returned about 5 minutes later and took our order, which included an appetizer and salads. From that point on, the wait times became excessive. Our appetizer didn't arrive for at least 30 minutes, and the salads took even longer. By the time we finally received them, we had already been there for about an hour. To make matters worse, a table seated after us received their food well before we did, finished their meals, and even ordered dessert while we were still waiting. At that point, we decided to just have our food boxed up to go. When we got home, the food itself was also disappointing. My lasagna was dry--which shouldn't be the case--and my boyfriend's dish was overly salty. Overall, the service and food quality did not meet expectations, especially for a special occasion. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

I came with a friend for dinner and decided to try their popular appetizers and they did not disappoint. I ordered the Seafood Alfredo and they did not skimp on the seafood which was a pleasant surprise because I find that happens at time at restaurants I've visited in the past. I haven't tried all the entrees but I really enjoy this one. My friend had the eggplant parmigiana and said it was superb and enjoyed it as well. She also had a drink, the sangria, a recommendation from the waitress, which my friend gave two thumbs up! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My favorite here is the Tour of Italy which comes with fettuccine Alfredo, chicken parm, and lasagna. Fun and tasty tour! My son enjoyed their pepperoni pizza and had plenty of leftovers. My fiancee did the spaghetti and meatballs which she had plenty off. This place didn't blow me away with their pasta but it definitely beats a lot of other options in the area and it's a fine dining establishment as far as Yuba City goes. Great hospitality and more than decent food makes it one of our top choices to enjoy a nice dinner when in town.
