Started coming here because it's local, but I think their prices are high compared to other places. And I noticed that when it comes down to the massage portion of the pedicure, they never complete the five minutes that you're PAYING for. read more

This use to be my go to place..unfortunately the staff has changed and the ladies there now are beyond unprofessional, they are rude and gossip about customers... if you tell them something doesn't fit well with you as far as your nails they begin gossiping within themselves about you... I seen them ridicule a lady that walked in asking about prices because of the sound of her voice they mocked her and laughed at her after she left ... and they give you cards to get a discount after a couple times of going, in the many times I've gone i never used them and they were collecting in my wallet so I decided to finally use them just as I was walking away they started again with the gossiping and laughing, It was the most uncomfortable place to get my manicure and pedicure and most definitely the last time I'll be going to that place! read more

Ohhhh giiiiirl, when I tell you this place is the bomb just cause they have new management and I'm sharing my nail tech to you guys! Lynn has been my nail tech for about 2-3 years now. I only ever go to her. She does amazing every time, she knows exactly how I like it and I don't even need to tell her. So if you're looking for a person to go to and rely on - Ask for Lynn she's so sweet! I love her. I was a little hesitant to go in since it's the day after thanksgiving thinking it was going to be super packed. But as soon as I arrived I was seated right away! I was helped out by Lyn and I can not be any happier!! She did EXACTLY what I asked for and am obsessed with my nails!! Simple yet so elegant Especially since I never do nails I think my hands are too chubby for but she made sure they were the right size. Not too thick just perfect. Over Priced for Sloppy work !! Crooked nails tech doesn't listen to wat u want done. Guy who did my nails acted like he on drugs or something. I told him and showed him wat I wanted and he screwed up then wen I tell him that's not wat I wanted he has the nerve to roll his eyes and snickers at me . Jus keep going I dnt have ur time then he sanding my nails (electric filing thingy) and he lose control of it and screw up nail. Not paying attention to wat he was doing . Couldn't wait to get hell out of their . $100 for the ugliest nails. Going back to make him fix my nails!!! Dnt go here waste of money read more

I understand that they are busy and need to be efficient, but the nail tech I got was in a big hurry. She cut all my cuticles in less than a minute, didn't really do a good job. My nails were not filed evenly. Some nails were more squared, some rounder. The nail tech didn't even allow for a full 60 seconds with the UV light each time. I asked for a flower design and it was very poor quality. Overall my gel manicure looked like I did it myself and it was $36! Never coming back here. Also only after a week, my nails were chipped! read more

The few times I've gone they have done a terrible job on my gel. The biggest air bubbles the following day, I wanted to love this place since it's close to home but they can't seem to get the basic gel down. Also the place seems pretty dirty. Really bummed :/ read more

I went here because of the reviews and was so disappointed. I got my toes done here which they actually did an okay job but my nails where done horribly!! I asked for them to take off the acrylics I had prior to getting them done. They yanked them off with another nail to the point where she took some of my skin. She then started on my set and just made a mess. Didn't even check if they were even or anything. She was more worried about the people coming in and losing clients then about what she was doing. It's been a week and she made them so thick and close to my cuticle that they are lifting now. Also, she only put one coat of clear gel and they have bubbles everywhere! She was really good at making sure to tell me that the whole service was $85 and real good to ask me if I was going to tip. Will not be going back. BE AWARE!! read more

He didn't even give me one minute to settle in grab my kids and head to the counter. He just started saying this can't happen again. I should've came in sooner and I tried explaining my situation, and told him I called and it was okay to come in. "I called Saturday to get my nails fixed but I was already late for my party. Sunday it was Mother's Day. And unfortunately, Monday and Tuesday my boys got sick with a stomach bug & we're vomiting." but it wasn't acceptable. He said it's been one week I immediately corrected him and told him no it has been 4days ...when I showed him pictures with date and time. Even if I came one day after I still would've wanted all my nails be done they were just not sticking. You can see on my photos my nails aren't even grown out yet. Now that I got them redone. Let's see how long they last me. I'm disappointed with the service. I would've loved to given them a second chance. But his attitude killed it for me. I won't be coming back.

I patiently waited and after 35 minutes (manager Vivi was no where to be seen as she was in the back and didn't peek her head out). I walked out, at this point i was not going to give them my money and business. Also the place inside is dirty, poor air circulation, rug floor has stains. No one checks in with you to update you. I would give it no stars if I could. There are other cleaner and better organized places than this one. This place is horrible and takes the cake. Don't waste your time and money.

For reference, the $47 pedicure was mine, and the $15 manicure/pedicure was for my daughter--both were regular polish services. The total was higher than expected based on what was provided. I chose not to return to dispute the charges, but I recommend confirming services and pricing before payment and always requesting a receipt. Additionally, I later learned the manager apologized to the person who booked the appointment regarding the seating. As I was the one directly affected and still present at the time, it would have been more appropriate to address that directly with me.
