On our second visit, the smell was better, and the food looked cleaner, but we still found hair. The smoothie was great, and the muffin was also tasty. I was excited to try the vegan sandwiches, but they don't have the best vegan options. I wouldn't recommend their vegan tuna melt. On the bright side, their vegan pastries are really good. I'll still occasionally go for the smoothies because they're delicious and feel the cleanest there. I especially love the (vegan!) yogurt cloud option for the smoothie.

I asked if I they had wifi I could use while I eat and work (keyword EAT). They said yes but only for one hour. It was about 945am and I had a hair appointment nearby at noon. I decided to take the hour bc I could use my hotspot when I finished. I asked if I could sit anywhere and the man behind the counter said in a rude tone "no." I asked if the bar top was fine and sat there. I opened my laptop to sign into work. I had a menu next to me. No later than a few minutes passes by and a woman, I assume the owner, comes out to inform me that this is a business for eating not working. Her tone was stern and rude. I hadn't even gotten a chance to decide what to order. I closed my laptop, put it in my bag and left. It was almost like they didn't think I'd be spending money with them from the moment I walked inside. Meanwhile they had ONE customer. You'd think they'd want my business. The energy towards me felt so bad I would never return.

Not sure if this woman is the owner but she's the server and cashier and she had a super funky attitude. I'm really peeved by people who show outwardly that they don't want to be at their job and that was Sis' whole vibe. I asked for a veggie patty and she said that none were available. No veggie patties at a vegan patty establishment. Okay. I tried the kale patty which was decent but I was curious about the other varities. I ordered a "beef" patty. It was so well seasoned and flaky and delicious, my mouth couldn't believe that it was vegan. It was though. Patty Haus serves patties only and they are all vegan, soy or plant based.
