Yesterday we are in a hurry to reach sacramento, On the way we had our dinner at this resta..,This place awesome, Food: I Had Keema Samosa which is good but they mixed potatoes in that but even that was good, and had Chicken biryani and shrimp biryani, that was amazing i asked them not keep raisins in the biryani and asked for medium spicy they made it very well. Ambience: Resta from the out side you may not like it but inside the place looks good and very clean and organized. Service: The service is very good, The people are clean and well behaved with customers. The father and son are amazing in responding to customers, The other guy was very quick in taking out the extra plates on the table. Over all i liked the experience. Came here for the lunch Buffett and certainly glad I did. I have tried Indian food twice before and hated it each time, but figured I would try one more time to make sure I didn't just go to bad Indian places. Turns I do like Indian food and just had picked poor restaurants. 8.99 for the lunch buffet was a great deal considering the quality of food, there were about 8 items to choose from plus delicious naan bread and sauces, and a desert, I forget the name but was similar to tapioca pudding. We enjoyed a quick stop here while on our trip through Oregon. They did not disappoint! It wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was far from the worst. Everything was tasty in the buffet. I decided to try Indian food here for the first time and it was delicious. I had the chicken corma mild and the spices were delicious. My husband tried it and liked it too. He ate the buffet and liked every dish they had. The spice blends were delicious. The bread was light and tasty and the meat was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was relaxed, but busy. We had a very good meal at Cuisine India. The place is clean, with friendly personnel. We were grabbing a quick meal, so we did not have appetizers, but the two curries that we ordered were very good. They did not have Kabuli Nan, one of our favorite breads, but they had poori and the plain nan was good. We would go back. read more

This restaurant is a HIDDEN GEM, one of the best Indian Restaurants I have ever been to. The Shrimp Tandoori was great, the Lamb Tikka Masala was off the charts. the Chicken Saag and the Dal Mahkini were all 10's. Their spice levels are the real deal true Indian spice levels. I've only eaten here for dinner so I can't speak for their lunch (AYCE). I have also eaten here frequently enough that I have been able to try a good amount of the menu and today I thought to myself that this restaurant deserves a good review. Their dinner is really great. You can order anything on the menu that you prefer and enjoy it. I really have to point out their naan because it is actually the best naan I have ever had. Make sure to eat it as soon as it comes out with your meal because it gets cold quickly. It might be a bit buttery for some people, but I can assure you it is well worth getting it anyway. I was a bit disappointed by their mango lassi, but one below average menu item absolutely does not affect the fact that the rest of what they serve is awesome. read more

This is the spot to come for Indian food in Salem. The space is clean, simple, and bright. The music sets the tone. You can tell that the gentlemen behind the counter has a kind heart. The food was delicious! Basmati rice, curried vegetables, paneer, fresh veggies, naan, plus more. All balanced in flavor, and fresh. Wow. There is a reason Cuisine India has a 4 1/2 star rating. You should probably go for lunch today- just come hungry, with $8.99 + Tip for the all you can eat buffet! I'll be back soon. This restaurant is one of those family-run treasures one comes across on rare occasions. I've eaten Indian restaurants in many countries including the U.K. and the west coast of the U.S. Cuisine India may be the best of them all. The owner's wife is the skilled genius in the kitchen and all the dishes we ordered, 7, were delicate, nuanced and exceptionally delicious. Good lunch buffet. We got there 30 min before closing the Nann was stale and the rice was a bit on the hard side but all of the the curries and other food was really good. I would go back probably closer to the lunch hour when the nann and rice are fresher. read more

Came at 5pm right when they opened for dinner. I devoured the veggie samosas - fried perfectly and served with high quality savory green sauce and sweet tamarind sauce to counterbalance each other. The naan was garlic-buttery goodness (although they only give you one for your order). The chai was rich and full of flavor, a nice hot delight on a cold Salem day. Tikka masala medium spicy was delicious with he basmanti rice. The Tikka masala was a tad on the sweet side for me but still really good. The spice level packed a good punch for medium. Service was friendly and warm. Total cost was $20 for me. Ive tried Indian food all over SF Bay area and socal, but this is the best place I've been - I would definitely come here again! read more

I had the Mattar Paneer and my spouse had Paneer Tikka Masala. Enjoyed the food and especially liked the garlic naan. I don't recommend the vegetable samosas, though. I've eaten Indian food all over Britain and at almost every restaurant on Pioneer Boulevard in Artesia, CA. This compares favorably. Lunch is a buffet, but they do allow customers to order off the menu which we did. read more

While getting takeout after paying, the owner then informed me that anyone getting takeout must take some of every item in the buffet. I've never heard of such a policy that doesn't take any consideration for individuals' dietary restrictions or tastes. Such arrogance is unacceptable. No restaurant has the right to tell a customer what to eat. Just like customers have no right to tell restaurant owners how to spend the money they spent on their food. Went here for the first time last night and it was a delightful experience. Had the chicken tikka masala and karahi lamb and both dishes were freshly prepared, aromatic and abundantly flavorful.
