It was bright and citrusy with the sweetness of the mango to balance the flavors and a lovely creamy finish with the avocado. The jalapeños were perfect, just enough heat but not overpowering. I was very happy to pay only $10 for a glass of Justin Cabernet. They do not have an extensive wine list, but they do offer several tasty wines that will pair well with their menu items. No happy hour but they do have a daily special of a New York Steak with pasta and 2 drinks for $60. That's a pretty good deal as far as I'm concerned. Sadly they aren't open for lunches, although they open at 3:00 Saturdays & 2:00 Sundays. Plenty of TV's for those so inclined. Country music playing in the background. They also have a lovely patio. I'm definitely coming back to try their steaks soon. Definitely check them out!

We do choose to sit outside and that doesn't affect their service. Noel was our server this past Sunday and he was very attentive and kind. We ordered the porter house steak with garlic mashed potatoes and it was incredibly delicious. My son ordered the chicken alfredo an entree and almost finished it all because it was so dang good. This restaurant never misses , it is consistent with their service and food. We will be back for the x28373727728272 time.

A Delicious Stop After the Farmer's Market!…read more Stopped by Mas Bella after the farmer's market and had such a great meal! We started with three drinks: the Tullum Bloom, Strawberry Margarita, and Strawberry Lemon Drop. All three were delightfully fruity and refreshing, making it hard to pick a favorite! For food, we ordered the birria bao buns, shrimp bao bun, chile relleno, crispy beef taco with refried beans and rice, and camarones with refried beans and soft tortillas. The birria bao bun was my absolute favorite! The mini bao is packed with flavorful birria, and I absolutely loved the consommé they serve alongside it for dipping. It's such a fun combination, and that consommé takes the bao to another level. I also really enjoyed that they make their salsas in-house. They served both a verde and a roasted red salsa with the buns, and both were delicious. The chile relleno was another standout. That melted, cheesy goodness inside was everything you want from a chile relleno! The crispy beef taco was an unexpected winner. It was served with what seemed to be the same delicious birria-style beef, so it was instantly a favorite. The crispy shell paired perfectly with the tender, flavorful meat. The camarones with soft tortillas were also really good. The shrimp were well seasoned, and the soft tortillas made them perfect for building little tacos.

Tiki Ko is constantly holding weekly meet-ups for tiki bar fans and I highly recommend the Explorers Club on Tuesday if you are looking for something to do during the week! Little hidden gems. Lighting is dark with bits color and neon popping through. The Bar Top curves around the bar- there are two booths that seat 5-6 and two short tables next to them- one seats 4- the other will comfortably seat two. There are a few bench style seating areas at the front with some short coffee tables. Think- skater tiki bar. The drinks were good- small menu if you're not sure what you want or are new to tiki. Both sides of the menu are the same menu. There are some nice mocktail options as well- you don't see that often. The service for me is mixed- it wasn't busy- steady but not busy- 1/4 full. I ordered two drinks to start for our table- (no cocktail servers here/not unusual for a small Tiki bar) I asked for a soda water- the bartender looked at me without a word- popped open a can of soda water and walked away. When he walked back by, I asked for a glass of ice- he said nothing and I got an eye-roll huff. I almost left. I don't think providing a glass with ice to pour your canned room temp soda water in, is too wacky an idea to be perturbed by the request. The female who took the order was friendly, smiled and was professional. We got a third cocktail- the Mai Tai. The grumpy bartender was friendlier this time. So, that helped. Maybe he felt overwhelmed and I threw off his groove by asking for water- then a glass... either way- being annoyed wasn't cool. The music.... Wasn't Tiki- it threw off the "Tiki Vibe" and made it feel typical small local bar that serves only Tiki drinks with some Tiki decor. It didn't take you to the land of Tiki- disappointed. Drinks were good.
