worst place to go I just went Friday no one was there there was only us and a couple we got the music for 15 songs which was $500. Then the waiter brought us food that wasn't ours when it was time to go he wouldn't show up so I called him to give me the check when he brought the check I told him about the food that he brought. He said he was sorry but if we can pay for it, he can pay for it cash so we don't say anything. I think that was his fault he shouldn't have charged us after we paid for the music and nobody was there. I was so excited to hear Lancaster had a Culichi Town. I wish I could have given it 5 stars but honestly they have to get it together. We were a party of 6 and we all ordered micheladas VIP and unfortunately the shrimp on the rim of the cup were slimy AF and smelly. You could tell they were bad, and I eat a lot of seafood so am not just some rando that doesn't know what seafood is suppose to smell like. Our server Vanessa, which was simply great, took the shrimp to the manager and they lowered the price on our drinks to regular micheladas, which was fine. The presentation of the drinks and food was on point, and the flavor was ok too, not amazing, but good. We also ordered the pato shots which were fun. The location inside is pretty small, so when the live music arrived it was extremely loud. We normally love to get turnt and listen to music loud but it was so hard to try and talk to our waitress or even talk to each other at the table. Also we didn't wait long to get seated, but they did seem unorganized because we had been sitting for while with no assigned waitress and another party walks in to be seated at another booth and immediately they were served chips and salsa and someone was taking their drink order :( We had to stop someone to get some chips and salsa on the table. Had very high hopes for this place. Food came out one dish at a time. So the first persons food would have been cold or finished before the last person got their food. The appetizer came out after main dishes. Order some sushi as this is the "staple" of the place...was like warm, and not good. On top of that they don't have soy sauce like everyone wants with sushi....so you had to eat it dry or with their take on "soy sauce" which was just bad. The AV does not have flys, however this place had more flys than I have ever seen. Both bathrooms were out of soap and towels and when we informed the staff they snapped with a "we know" response. Never have I ever left a review but this place was worth it. Worst service ever!! Why is there a mandatory $6 fee to eat at their location. My specialty drink was so gross and usually I say that because too much vodka (which I'll still drink btw) BUT NOOOOOOOO!!! NO ALCOHOL AND THE TASTE WAS TRASH. Speaking of trash when you walk in it spells like a public restroom. My bf asked for a redbull vodka and the BARTENDER didn't know how to make it and asked another employee how to do it SMDH!!! Really bad experience. There was no AC, only loud blowing fans so it was not only hot and uncomfortable, but very muggy. The limes brought to the table were so dry you couldn't squeeze a drop out of them. Some of the food was undercooked, took an extremely long time to get a drink. The wait staff was very pleasant but there were only 2 of them. Poor management decision if they didn't enough staff to have the place open but there was no bussing staff to assist them. I had such high expectation because of their Rialto location. This location was extremely disappointing from the drinks to the food. I went with a party of 4, we all ordered something different to get a good taste of the menu-- some aguachiles, ceviche de camarón cocido, tostada de pescado, the carne asada plate with shrimp and the filete de tilapia plate. Everything was bland the carne asada plate had no sazón what so ever, the tilapia was so bland, the ceviche de camarón had tomato paste in it, the tostada de pescado looked like a filling of some kind instead of a ceviche and the presentation speaks for itself. We also ordered drinks, the michelada was the worst I've ever had, didn't even finish it and I've had some bad ones it had an artificial flavor I feel, the sangria tasted like artificial Jamaica from the packet with some fruit thrown in it and for the price of all the individual items you'd think you were on the coast somewhere having some bomb seafood with a view NOT on Sierra Hwy in Lancaster. Won't even be returning for drinks unless it's bottled beer. Don't waste your money, go to Don Sal instead.
