The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the service--not because of the waitress or the gentleman serving the meat. They both seemed to be working hard and doing their best. The issue is that they appeared to be the only two people handling the dining room. There was another employee who seemed available and could have helped the waitress, while the meat server was covering the entire restaurant by himself. I also noticed several employees in the back who could have assisted with serving the meats during busy periods. At one point, I waited about 10 minutes before another cut of meat came around. It felt more like a staffing or management issue than an employee issue. If I could, I'd rate it 3.5 stars for the service alone, but the quality of the food--and the effort put in by the waitress and the lone meat server--brings it up to 4 stars. I would definitely come back for the food. Hopefully, on my next visit, the dining room has a little more support so the service can match the quality of the meal.
