It does make it a bit difficult to navigate in a wheelchair and browse even tho they have a wheelchair ramp inviting the mobility challenge into an array of wonderful smells. They also had a few Christmas tea pots for sale. One was so cute I could not resist and bought my daughter an extra Christmas gift. The owner/chef came out to talk to us for just a few minutes. She explained that this was their 24th year! Amazing. She also stated that she travels and often the recipes she makes for the tea house are inspired by these trips. The drink has a lot going on and wasn't for me. It reminded me of a cinnamon orange tea, citrus and spicy. For dinner, I waffled on a couple fish dishes, but went with the salmon. It has a nice, crunchy glaze on it with some nice citrus flavors that weren't overbearing. I wasn't sure how the risotto would taste with the orange, but it worked. It also had a generous amount of lobster, including several large chunks, and was a very solid portion overall. The filet mignon sliders were another highlight. Each slider had a substantial piece of filet mignon topped with pickled onions, microgreens, and horseradish cream on brioche buns. The onions and horseradish added enough acidity and bite to balance the richness of the beef without overpowering it. I also tried the Vietnamese summer rolls, filled with roasted shiitake mushrooms, fresh vegetables, and rice noodles, served with both peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce. Everything tasted very fresh, and the sauces complemented the generously stuffed rolls nicely. My only small critique is that cutting them in half made for a prettier presentation, but made them a little awkward to dip and eat.
