I met with Grossman to swap out a toilet & the water controls in a shower (non-emergency service call). Matt came to my house to provide an estimate. We scheduled a time for him to return a few days later (11/2020). They came and they did a good job. There were no economic surprises. They cleaned up their mess and everything works fine. Fast forward to the following morning day: they came exactly at the time they'd promised and got the job done at the time they'd estimated. If you are having sewer problems definitely give them a call and I know you will be as impressed as I was. My sewer line backed up unexpectantly and had to be snaked out to the city sewer line. Over the following 2 weeks it backed up another 2 times. At the 3rd backup Ignacio came, snaked out the line, and ran a camera down it. I was able to view the camera video on his tablet as he carefully explained everything I was seeing. He showed me what the problem was and gave me 3 options to permanently resolve the issue with pros and cons for each option. I contracted with IG and within 1 week they did the work and fixed my problem. Not only that, but they kept everything so clean during the work and even washed my floor when they were finished.
