You can put literally anything on a revolving belt and that would somehow make it 100% more exciting for me. When I found out there was a charcuterie revolving bar, you bet I was going to check it out the next time I was in Nashville! This place is really cute and is tucked into the L & L Market. It's important to know ahead of time that the menu is pretty much just small plates, so great for a light bite. You get to start out with breadsticks as well and their wine is phenomenal. One thing I loved is that each plate had a number on it, where you could then look at the menu to get a description of what's inside. They have some pretty adventurous options, so it was hard to make a decision at first! I tried a more standard plate with salami and cheese, which had some of the richest cheese I've ever tasted, and a more unique option with elote and dip (which ended up being my favorite!) This is a really fun place to try something different. Or if you're just a fan of a good charcuterie!

I passed this spot before while in the L&L building visiting an adorable boba tea spot (past Yelp Elite Squad offer) and thought how cute is this wine & dessert bar?! I knew I'd have to come back at some point. When a friend invited me out for a random girls night last month, the opportunity presented itself! Everyone on staff is warm & just fabulous. Super friendly. You are seated bar style around a conveyor belt that is constantly circulating charcuterie items for you to choose or admire. Each one has a glass cover (so don't worry, people aren't breathing all over it) and will have a little keychain with a number on it that corresponds with the # on the menu so you know exactly what it is. You get a host of wines to choose from, and they bring out complimentary breadsticks. It's really cute, quaint yet still modern. This place is also great if you don't need to eat too heavy, but they offer sweets as well. You can get olives, meats, cheeses, chocolate, truffle, macaroons - charcuterie stuff! The prices are also reasonable. I believe my sparkling wine of choice was the Frappatio Nero d'Avola. A light pink rose colored drink. Hopefully I'm not wrong. A friend let me taste her sangria and it was really nice. It had a cinnamony, rich holiday vibe to it. For my charcuterie snack, I had #2 which is the Noble Springs Nashville Hot Cheese, Honey & Pickles. It's made with hot and spicy goat milk right in Franklin, TN! It had a nice little kick. The pickles were super tiny so heads up if you like pickles. I sampled some of my friend's cheeses as well. We didn't bother do any desserts but definitely had a sweet evening and enjoyed ourselves though. Culture + Co is across from the Thai restaurant but on 2nd level and great not only for GNO, but date nights as well. I look forward to bringing a friend back who is a wine & charcuterie lover, when she comes in town.

Such a fun concept! They have a pretty big selection of charcuterie dishes and even vegan options. Even though this is a self-serve experience, the staff is really attentive and will clear your plates, refill water, bring more breadsticks. The plates have numbered domes, and they hand you a menu sheet that tells you what the contents are. My friends and I truly loved everything we got and got to try combinations of things we'd never thought of. We all really enjoyed the cheddar and apple butter plate. Love that you can see them prepping everything fresh in front of you. Hoping maybe someday they'll bring this to Orlando!!

Alright, this concept is different and I'm all here for it. They're inside the L & L market and they offer 3hr parking. Once you're inside they have the QR code to scan. We made a reservation just because we were a group of 6. The concept is for the food to come around the band. The clear dome has a tag number that belongs to the item number in the menu. Each item is well put together ... did I mention it's all charcuterie related? They have a nice wine list as well. Service is great! They took the time to explained how everything worked, they were attentive and made sure to be accommodating as well. This is great place to come for a quick bite and chat.

We had such a wonderful experience at Culture + Co! I love the cheese train and the variety of cheese options available. We were so happy with the pairings, they were wonderfully matched and my partner (who does not typically like blue cheese) and I both agreed the blue cheese + brownie combo was AMAZING. I also loved the brûlée brie. It is easy to identify the plates as they go round the belt, thanks to a clearly labeled menu with numbers that coordinate with metal tags on the glass domes of the plates. The staff were very kind and attentive. Our water glasses were never empty, we asked lots of questions and were always met with patience and lots of information, and the staff were exceptionally kind. Seated smack dab in the middle of a mall walkway and with an eye-catching conveyor belt, be aware that there is no "private seating," but rest assured that the staff have eyes on everyone being serviced (being placed in the middle of the conveyor station). Enjoy dinner and a show while you watch the little plates of cheeses, meats, and bright colored fish tins spin in a carousel of delicacies, in addition to watching the hard working staff make breads, organize plates, and create beautiful meals. I found the experience to be worth the price; my partner and I split three cheese plates and a specialty order (blue cheese, brie, Nashville hot cheese, & French onion soup bread) and spent a total of $30, feeling full and satisfied with the experience.

Super nice, it's a little pricy for what you're getting if you shop at Trader Joe's you'll recognize the tinned fish and maybe other items. Overall was really nice! Loved being able to grab it off the conveyor belt. Service was good! This place is inside of a food court like setting but they also have a bunch of cute little shops to visit after eating!

Looking forward to visiting the brick and mortar location. Had an opportunity to sample one of their small bites items at an even highlighting women owned businesses. The sample was amazing! A treat to the mouth with a perfect blend of creamy, hot, sweet with the honey drizzle and the dill pickle for a hint of tanginess. Great meeting the daughter (from the mother /daughter duo owners) and learning more about the inspiration for the business. The tapa inspired menu is served on a conveyor system and they offer a wide selection of wines to accompany their curated menu. The food items seem affordably priced and would make a great space to meet up with friends for something light before/after an evening out. Definitely will pay a visit soon!

I have been wanting to come to this place since I heard about the opening. I was not disappointed one bit. The food was beautiful, excellent quality, delicious, thoughtfully presented and paired. The wine selection was tremendous!!!! And the service was top notch. The servers were friendly, kind and well informed. I will never forget this meal. I really couldn't be more grateful. It was an actual dream come true. Better than even I expected.

We had a great time at this charcuterie conveyer belt! The caramelized brie, hot nashville cheese, salami, smoked fudge, and goat cheese we're all so good. The concept of being able to see all the dishes before choosing is a great idea. You can also get a few dishes and see if you're still hungry for more which is nice. The service was fantastic and although it is right in the center of L&L market it didnt feel too loud or crowded. Culture + Co is a must try in my book even if you just want a small snack or a full on meal!

We stumbled on to Culture + Co and were pleasantly surprised. The plates were varied and phenomenal. We paired them with a Cabernet and it made for a wonderful meal.

What an awesome Instagram-able concept! Culture + Co is located inside the L&L mall. It's a conveyor belt located in the middle of the food court area. You head to the host stand in order to be seated. You order your drinks from the servers (focus is on natural wine), but the rest of the food is rotating around on the conveyor belts! Every cloche on the belt has a small charm with a number on it, and you are given a menu in order to identify everything! There are some accompaniments that are free, and you get some breadsticks for free as well. You grab whatever you want off the belt, and the servers come around to collect the charms to keep track of your dishes. I honestly don't care how expensive or overpriced people this is! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was fun to watch the charcuterie be prepared in the center, and I loved trying to decide what delicious dishes to snatch! Honestly everything we grabbed was delicious from cheese to dessert. The servers were attentive and helpful! This was a thoroughly fun adventure. I was so delighted! 3 hours of parking is free with validation in the lot behind the mall! Scan the QR code at the host stand in order to add your license plate! If you're looking for a very Instagram-able experience while in Nashville, this is the place to be!

Culture and Co When we were in Nashville, we went to this amazing all you can eat charcuterie board restaurant and it was AWESOME!!! Here's how it works: They have a few different cheese selections on their menu each has its own number (Ex. #1 Brie Cheese with Jam) They send all of the cheeses out via a conveyor belt. Each cheese has a charm on the plate that states what number it is When you see the number / cheese you want, you can take it off the conveyor belt and enjoy! The waiter collects the charms containing the number, so that they know what to charge you for It's a really cool concept and we've never been to anything like this ! Our favorites were : #1: Brûléed Brie, Apple Cider Caramel Cultured Butter #4 Valley Mikhouse Chickweed, Half Dried Tomatoes #16 Fino Salami, Fennel Honey Butter #19 North Country Wagyu Bresaola, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Lemon Housemade Rosemary Foccaia This is definitely a cool place to check out if you're in the Nashville area. The location has a few other small shops and eateries as well, so it's definitely a cool place to walk around and have some thing for everyone! My wife saw something about this restaurant on TikTok and added it to our list. It's really an interesting idea that I could see taking off in lots of cities. This place is a tapas/charcuterie style restaurant combined with a sushi-boat conveyor belt. Small plates pass in front of you on the conveyor. You can sip wine as you watch glass domed plates pass. The domes have little numbered charms that correspond to the menu. Or you can just grab something that looks good. The ingredients are artisanal and locally sourced. The wines were described as natural. The menu updates regularly. Our servers kept the water and bread sticks full. They were also quick to pick up the empty plates and domes. Come here if you're looking for a fancy snack with wine or small meal.

    Are kids allowed?

Yes! We are in the middle of a family friendly market and even have a fun interactive kids dessert on the menu!

What is an average price point for this?

All of our plates range from $4-10 and are priced so that 3-5 plates make up a typical charcuterie board!

About how long is the experience?

As long as you choose to make it. Think of it like tapas that is on a conveyor belt. You can eat as little or as much as you choose. Stop by for a quick app & drink with friends, or stay and do a full dinner. Nobody will rush you or hover. I do… Read more

It's a great wine bar with an amazing selection of natural wines, delicious food, the best service, and an amazing ambiance. What's not to like? Sauced works a little bit differently than a lot of wine bars. We walked in and were welcomed right away. When we grabbed seats at the bar (there are also tables), our bartender (I feel terrible that I'm not 100% sure of his name since we had such a great time with him - but I'm pretty sure it was John) asked us about wines we like or are drawn to. They don't have a printed menu - they ask you what you like or are in the mood for and then they they'll pour you tastes until you find something you love. Then they have several fridges of bottles you can purchase and open. And their selection here is also great. We saw bottles by several winemakers we stalk (when we see, we usually buy). The wines our bartender recommended (based on our tastes and preferences) were great, too. They also have a great menu of food items - great for a meal or a snack. We ordered their mortadella sandwich, which will likely go down as one of my favorite sandwiches of the year (great bread, tons of mortadella, pistachio cream, gooey melted cheese)... I think I covered this already, but the service was excellent: attentive (we didn't have empty glasses for long at all before we were involved in a conversion about what we wanted to pour next), friendly, helpful... The bar itself is also great - tons of character: walls with smoke from candles, great lighting, little intimate nooks for seating... I had a great time at Sauced: great wine, great food, a great time. I'm not in Nashville as often as I should be (in laws), but I'd be happy to visit Sauced every time I'm in Nashville. Sauced might be an outpost of a Brooklyn wine bar, but Nashville is still so lucky to have it. Most cities don't have a wine bar as great as Sauced.

While I enjoy getting to talk to the bartender about what I like or may want to try, if they're busy, I don't want to just spend all of our time asking them the price of things. We definitely had a little sticker shock at the end of the night, but this was also my first time here so that could be something I just wasn't expecting! Aside from that, the service and wines were great. So while it isn't somewhere I see myself putting in my weekly rotation, it's a nice option for a special occasion or nicer evening.

The curse of Rumours continues!…read more I don't know that any business can survive this address. My first BW review of the year and it seems to have come as a surprise. Whispers abound as to whether the issue at VG was a rent hike or whether the owner just lost interest. In any event, it's the same sad story at the corner of 12th and Woodland. And that's too bad because VG acquitted itself nicely. On a Friday in mid-spring it was the exact right place I wanted to be to catch up with a friend. That backyard has been the stuff of legends for every iteration for a reason. If you've been here for a while, you know the score: walk in the front, smile, be greeted, ask for a table outside. That's just what we did. But before that we got drinks. Being a wine bar and being happy hour and being a Friday we went all in on the house red sangria. Served in a pleasantly large goblet, this goodie jar of wine and fruit did the job of quenching thirst and spurring conversation. To add to the libations, we settled on a series of bites: whipped feta (with sourdough -- and every bit of decadent as described in other reviews), olive tapenade (a briny, mound of oil, citrus and herbs) and (skinny) fries with parmesan & white truffle oil. Right?? What a perfect way to end the work week and begin the weekend. We had wonderful service from Abby and stayed on premises well into sundown. There was a steady crowd throughout our visit so I don't think a lack of business was the COD. Whatever the reason, it sort of boggles the mind that a wine bar concept can't stick around in a neighborhood and location that seems to crave it. That curse might be real.

Last minute decision. Showed up on a wine tasting night. A bit loud. But going to come back next…read moreTuesday to do the wine tasting. Loved Locust a few nights ago, but so impressed with this spot. At a similar level here. No star, however. One of the best meals I have had in Nashville this year. Charcuterie and cheese board better than Grey's and I love Grey's. Crepes are crepes, not thin pancakes. Wine selection or of this world. Service staff is owners and Somalier. I can't say enough good things. You won't find the Pastis French meals, as this is mostly a creperie, but you won't find the prices either. Will return soon. Kudos to the owners

The Authentique truly feels like a little piece of France tucked into East Nashville. The décor, the vibe, hearing so many different languages around us, it honestly felt like being back in Europe. They have one of the most impressive wine lists I've seen in the city, and if you're indecisive like me, the wine flights are the way to go. We did the Tour de France flight, my husband went with the whites, I did the reds, and everything was incredible. The Beaujolais, Pinot Noir, Chards (yes, because we of course shared haha)... just wow. We paired it all with steak tartare (yes, they have French bites too!), plus they offer charcuterie boards, crepes, and more. Definitely coming back for those. Bonus: every Tuesday they host wine tastings at the bar led by their sommelier, each week with a different theme, mostly French and other European wines. tickets can be purchased in their website Huge thank you to Alexander for walking us through the whole concept. We finished the night with a beautiful Blanc de Blanc to toast our anniversary. What a gem in Nashville, can't wait to be back.
