I opted to try their seasonal Apple Crumble Latte with a request to reduce the overall sweetness, it worked, there are some very distinctive flavor combinations here, and it was nice and hot. Mugs are not an option here, so I won't take off on that. This is a small store with very limited seating so I suspect this will impact the ability of TT to become the hangout that some of their competitors have, which I believe will also impact the customer type they will attract.

Wait time wasn't too bad actually. My friend and I both ordered the Hodgepodge Hash and I subbed the sausage for chicken sausage. Everything was absolutely amazing. I wish I had come here sooner. I loved everything about my meal. It was flavorful, dynamic, full of texture. It had that spice from the serrano peppers, crispy and flavorful potatoes, and the sauce tied it all together. I love savory breakfast, and that was it. Now I'm hungry and missing my previous meal just writing about it haha. Afterwards, we got gelato! I was pleasantly surprised that the gelato came with two scoops because I originally just wanted the coffee flavored one. So I had a scoop of Coffee + Cream and Pistachio. Our gelato was so tasty. I love anything coffee so this one was good, and the Pistachio one was nice and light. It had a subtle Pistachio creamy taste. Just as before, the gelato was smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. Service was great, our waiter was very friendly and super helpful with our food preferences. I have no complaints at all about our experience, and I love every single thing we ordered. The biscuit was dry and had a very mealy texture and it wasn't buttered 3/10 for the biscuit. The side of white gravy was bland and did the sandwich no flavors ( Hahahaha!) The fruit cup was a medley of berries which were the previously frozen varieties. This meal fell flat for me. The best thing about this meal was all the pretty waitresses. It was really smooth and a very nice quality. The second drink was an iced latte from their specialty menu that had been renamed for a special event I was attending. I loved the flavor of the coffee, so much so that I grabbed some of their beans to take home as well. Merch - There was a great selection of merch from the company and local artisans as well. The stickers and mucus has some really cool designs. Staff - the baristas were some of the nicest people.
