Where the barista makes it all happen

This Northshore cafe is right on the river which you can readily see from the second floor, making for a nice setting. The shop is a bit dated compared to some of the other cafes around town. Friendly staff, my latte was excellent and I will return, that Tennessee River can be rather soothing.

Avocado toast was good but nothing special.

Service was good. The guy taking orders was friendly. The food was good. We have the 2 coffees, 1 avocado toast and 1 breakfast burrito. The portions were small and too expensive for the amount of food you get.

This place is SO CUTE! If i lived here i would come here all the time. The downstairs deck, the upstairs loft overlooking the river with sprawling daylight and comfy couches/workspaces, you can work from here or just come in to enjoy some food/coffee and board games. Lily was the most friendly barista, she was short staffed and still made us bagels despite the kitchen not being open until additional help arrived. The coffee was yummy and the ambiance is great.

Good spot with a great location next to the pedestrian bridge in Chattanooga. Stone Cup has a laid-back interior with plenty of seating in and outside. You order at the counter and have to come back up to get your drinks/food once it's ready. On a Sunday morning, it was fairly busy, but our food & drinks came out pretty quickly. I got a bagel sandwich with eggs, pepper jack cheese, and turkey - I made it spicy, so got hot sauce on the side. I didn't think the sandwich was that great, and it was also supposed to come with a tomato, but they forgot it, which was a bummer. I also ordered an iced matcha latte with almond milk, which was great. Overall, good place, but I'd like to come back to try something different to hopefully give 5 stars next time!

Such a cute spot--very eclectic with a cozy, cabin-style vibe. We ordered two coffees: a cold brew and an iced latte. The barista was super helpful and actually asked follow-up questions to make sure she got my order right. I usually have to repeat myself or just hope for the best, but she made sure everything was spot on. My boo and I split a biscuit--it was good, though hard to mess up a biscuit lol. I'd definitely come back.

    Lacking avocado toast

I used to get avocado toast from here a lot, like in 2021ish kind of time I guess and it was really good! A lot of avocado, seemed like it was fresh. My partner and I got it again for the first time in years and I was really disappointed. I'm not sure if they have a new protocol or what but the toast we received barely had any avocado on it. It was like someone took one of those little snack cups from Aldi and spread it on the toast as thin as they could. We got 2 avo toasts, a black coffee, and left a tip and it was $24... shoulda just went to Aldi. Would have been worth the price had there been more.

I had such an amazing time visiting this location. Met a friend for a sunrise walk and as we were coming over the bridge we spotted this spot. It was chilly and we needed to warm up. We went in and the people were very friendly. The woman handed us the menus for food and drinks. I got a chai latte with a bagel sandwich with Turkey, egg, and cheese. There were places to sit indoors and outdoors. The drink was really good. I love a good chai latte and this one had a great flavor. The bagel sandwich was really tasty and filling. I only ate half while there and the other half later. Love the view as we finished watching the sun come up. It's very convenient to other stores and restaurants. The walking bridge is right there. Tons of parking in the back. I would definitely come back to grab items and support. They seemed very community and arts supportive so that was a plus as well.

Pistachio quad latte taste different in other towns ! Maybe it's just the weather or maybe the coffee beans different who knows ! Fast service chill vibes !

Friendly service. Coffee is amazing! Wide variety of food and drink items. I got a latte with Irish cream flavor and my husband got a cold brew. We would order both items again.

INCREDIBLE! I stumbled upon this coffee shop and was so glad I did! I love the views, atmosphere, and coffee! I ordered a lavender honey latte, which was delicious. I thought their little bucket of what to get was genius and so helpful. The stone cup cafe is a must got to because of the plethora of seating options, the views, and the eclectic art on the walls! I would come back in heartbeat!

the food is really mid and the drinks are okay. i only really give it three stars because it's a cute place to study or hangout with friends. it's really cozy and a unique cafe that has a pretty view of the chatt bridge!

Best place in Chattanooga to get coffee and food, hands down. Do yourself a favor and try their cold brew or a Lavender White Mocha. They also have an amazing upper floor for quiet work and study and great seating for social gathering inside and outside on a balcony. The Baristas are also amazing and super fun to be around and talk to. Trey, George, Gabby, and Cassidy are always on top of the game! They always know me by name and what my order is.

Our waitress was prompt and answered our questions. I was happy to see they had gluten free bread/buns. I ordered the Whisky and onion smash burger on a gluten free bun and it was so good I tried to replicate the topping with what I had back at the Airbnb we were staying at. When I get home I'll check out the ingredients better and give it another try. I had a side of green beans nicely seasoned with bacon as my side. My husband, bless his heart, ordered the honey pecan chicken salad sandwich on gluten free bread so I could taste it. It was also delicious and he had a side of home fries to die for. We would definitely come back and try more of their menu if in the area again.

And what a treat it is! The outdoor seating Sunday night dinner atmosphere is calm and content. String lights strung throughout large wooden beams overhead. Tables spread out. Decent seating. Not crowded. The wait staff appears friendly and attentive. But the food and beverage experience is what's most memorable - absolutely uniquely delicious and making everyone want more. To start, we ordered espresso martinis. Honey Seed served up a perfect blend of liquor, coffee, and cream. And a strong one! For an appetizer, we enjoyed the biggest and one of a kind shaped tator tots possibly in existence. The middle of each tasted like if a potato latke and a piece of cornbread got mashed up together. And the outsides look like fried onion strings. Best tator tots ever had. For our entrees, we decided to create a pizza combo, half bbq chicken and half burrata. Each so tasty! The bbq chicken side had caramelized onions and cilantro complimenting roasted chicken and the right amount of bbq drizzle. The burrata side had roasted garlic, spicy Calabrian peppers, fresh mozzarella, and the signature honey seed crust. We had leftovers and I plan to treat as many friends as possible to this local gem!

There are tons of vegan options, and you don't have to look too hard for gf options if that's your jam. They also have a refrigerated grab-and-go section with fresh juices, rice paper rolls, chia seed pudding, and a lentil casserole. The glass dessert case is full of vegan treats like peanut butter and chocolate cups, bliss balls, and donuts. The menu is extensive with tons of great organic vegan options. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough (they also offer gluten-free and multigrain) with cashew cheese and a side of chili. I also got a beet juice, a lemon lavender muffin, chia seed pudding, and a decaf oat milk latte. The sandwich was pretty good. The bread seemed really fresh and I enjoyed the cashew cheese. The side of chili had a slight twist that elevated it above most regular chili recipes. It was good, but had a little too much corn for my taste personally. The beet juice was delicious and a generous portion. The desserts were just okay, but I appreciated that they weren't overly sweet and didn't have any weird ingredients. Honestly, it's just so nice knowing your food has no weird ingredients and everything is organic! The only downside was the coffee. Honestly, it was probably one of the worst I've ever had. Maybe it was just an off day or a mistake, I'm not sure. Everything else was good though! I would definitely recommend this spot. The decor is really cute and inviting. I love that they offer plenty of seating options too -- indoor, an enclosed outdoor patio, and an exterior exposed patio. Logistical Notes: Parking was super easy with a lot right out front.
