Worst company to contact EVER... attempted calling not 1,not 2 but 3 different phone numbers listed (shipping label, website and from return address given) none answered either mailbox was full or no call back after calling and leaving several messages. Gave a bogus return address to return item, the location HAS MOVED (as per UPS) even after reattempting to the original shipping location they act closed. They have ZERO customer service to assist and if you need to return item(s) they make you pay for it which was for us $123+ that's using the same weight and dimensions as them. I purchased an Electric Three wheel trike almost two years ago through Amazon for my son who was waiting for a heart transplant and is now battling a rare cancer. When we received the bicycle it was not the one we ordered and it was defective. When I contacted Amazon I was told it was a third party sale and I needed to reach out to Culver Mobility at 1403 E. In January, I purchased an electric wheelchair from Culver Mobility. When it came, it had black cushions on it. I ordered the brown cushions. They sent me new cushions TWICE, and both times, they were black. I purchased two chairs from Culver Mobility for my mom who is disabled and cannot walk, one from a local mobility scooter store, and the second directly from Culver Mobility. Both chairs failed within 1 year of purchase. The batteries stopped accepting a charge on the first chair, I purchased new batteries, the chair still didn't work, and I was informed that by trying to replace the batteries myself, I had voided the warranty. I purchased the second chair, not realizing until after it was delivered that it was made by the same company. The second chair had one of the rear wheel assemblies fail, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called and emailed customer service dozens upon dozens of times over the course of three weeks trying to get a replacement part. I was able to speak to a human being one time per 17 calls, on average. I never spoke to anyone remotely helpful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They told me they'd look into the issue, that someone would contact me via email, they even told me at one point that they would ship me a replacement part, and someone would email me the details (what exact part was coming, when it was mailed out, a tracking number, reference number, stuff like that). Culver Mobility lied through their teeth.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's been 10 business days since I was promised those details and now they won't answer their phones at all. I purchased a wheelchair and they sent me two. I had to pay $117.35 to return the second one. They reimbursed the cost of the second chair, but not the postage to return what I didn't order. The wheelchair itself is glitchy and it cost me $137.50 today to swap out a wheel that cracked in two when someone bumped into it, and to disassemble and reassemble the joystick which was causing the chair to unpredictably jerk in different directions by 12" to 18". If I'd known any of this I wouldn't have gone near these people. read more

Nothing !!! I have called the company 11 times. They know my number now so they are ghosting me. I have done everything in my power to contact them REALLY SHADY COMPANY. However, the product I received has several discrepancies that need to align with what was advertised on your website. The headrest doesn't fit the wheelchair; instructions don't match the product, etc.. I find this discrepancy unacceptable and feel your company's advertising misled me. I trusted your company and product descriptions to make an informed purchase, and I am now frustrated and disappointed. I want to request a PREPAID LABEL for returning a wheelchair from Culver Mobility which I don't trust! I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon. I ordered a collapsible wheel chair and a cup holder from this company. The order shipped promptly and arrived in good shape. The only issue was instead of a cup holder I received a motorcycle gps mount. Tried calling, no one ever answers and leaving a return # does no good. I sent them 3 emails asking how they wanted to handle returning the wrong part and getting the right one. Never got a response. The product is great. The customer service sucks. I purchased my culver mobility nano electric wheelchair. After it was delivered, I tried it in my home and it worked. It stopped working the first time I planned to take it out for a small trip. It did power up or start up. I tried to contact culver using 2 of the phone calls for customer service repeatedly, and got no answer just ringing. I tried to send an email and it would not go through 3 times/ I have a piece of junk that is sitting in my living room. I spent over 1 K dollars for this. Bad designed I bought this for my wife and it has so many things wrong with it no customer service

I ordered a Culver Cobra foldable lightweight electric wheelchair. I received a different wheelchair was is not within the specifications of what I ordered. I tried calling and leaving a voicemail. I sent an email to the contact us address provided and I emailed the company email address. It has been over one week since first tried to contact the company and I have not heard back from them. I will receive a refund for the price of the wheelchair however I am out the cost of returning the wrong piece of equipment without hearing anything from the company. I was interested in purchasing the Cobra model because it seemed to be what I was looking for but I was not ale to contact anyone with the company. They do not have any customer service which makes trying to contact them impossible. read more

We purchased Artemis chair after an injury revealed some more serious issues. It arrived 5 days earlier than stated and I opened the box and put it together all by myself in about 30 minutes. The battery is heavy. But I can lift it. Easily goes through most doorways. I like the color.
