I switched from UNHC to Alignment not only because the plan was better but they had a different medical goods supplier. I was,done with STANCE who would send me $900+ bills when my plan had an $800 max for durable goods. They said screw insurance it was a patients obligation. I wanted to hear from UHC that they had submitted the claims. They even sent me to collections. Switch to ALIGMENT and here comes AERO MOBILITY, no huge bills just we are waiting for the claim to be acted upon an no we would never send you a huge bill, the first one I got $130 for the ventilator and oxygen generator. Stance finally agreed insurance was real and I had reached the $800 max but I still heard from the bill collector for another month once per week then they stopped too. We purchased a used wheelchair van to care for a disabled sibling. It is 23 years old and one of the least expensive vehicles on the lot. From Craig, our salesman to the office staff and owner, we were made to feel like the highest priority customer they have. There are obviously items that need attention on a vehicle that old. This dealership went out of their way to ensure our vehicle was perfect. They repaired items that they could easily have said were our responsibility. They provided transportation when the repairs took longer than expected. I have purchased a large number of vehicles in the last 50 years, but have never had a better dealer experience than with Aero Mobility. Buyer beware. Do not do business with this company. They sold me equipment that doesn't work and then when I returned it within 30 days, they refuse to refund me what I paid. On top of that, they already billed my insurance company. I would be very careful doing business with a company that takes your money and then refuses to refund when you return their product within 30 days. This review is long overdue (& also long) Many years ago we purchased an accessible van for my two disabled sisters through Aero mobility... best decision we ever made. They made us feel like family and were helpful in every aspect of the process. Unfortunately our white van was stolen on Christmas Eve and we were left without an accessible vehicle (which anyone with that requires a wheelchair knows how difficult it makes every aspect of commuting from one place to another) and insurance would not take into account how expensivethe real feature is. We went back to Aero Mobility and the owners were so understanding of our situation and so helpful. They would move mountains if they could to help us in any way possible. They are AMAZING KIND HUMANS with pure hearts (which you don't find much of in this world these days, let alone at a dealership). Luckily, our stolen van was recovered (you can see it in the background) about 3 months later but unfortunately it was completely stripped (they took everything, even the steering wheel) and abandoned in a remote location. The team at Aero mobility made it like new again for us. We've had nothing but a great experience. The owners went above and beyond in so many aspects that I could never fully express how grateful we are for them. The EZ lock system saved my life in a rear end at 50 miles an hour back in May. I would definitely recommend to people who have a child in a wheelchair or even an adult to get this system put in your van. This place is terrible. My physician had me get my CPAP here. From day one they lied. They said there will be a $10 charge for the next 4 months for the copay. I said I can pay the 40 bucks upfront but they said they can't do it. After the 4 months I was still getting a $10 charge every month. It said it was for rental. No mention of rental was mentioned upfront and after much complaining they stopped charging me. In the meantime I needed supplies. I order a couple cushions and was emailed a $180 invoice for pretty much every accessory you can think of. I emailed back that wasn't what I ordered with now response. All the stuff shows up in a couple days and I figured I'd just keep it. The next time I ordered they tried doing the same thing. This time I emailed back to the sales person. She said she was just trying to help me. I am now writing this as I sit on hold for the second time today. For over 10 minutes. read more

I have been disabled since surgery on a spinal cord tumor in 2010. Aero Mobility recommended a certified instructor to teach me how to use hand controls a month after I returned home from the hospital. They added hand controls to my Prius and I was driving independently once again. Back to work and rehab on my own. Since 2010, Aero Mobility has installed hand controls in a total of 5 of our cars, SUVs and trucks. Each installation is a custom job, done on time for the price quoted in advance. The quality of the hand controls is amazing. My current Prius has 9 years and 115,000 miles of driving trouble free with Aero Mobility hand controls. I appreciate how outstanding Aero Mobility is every time we travel and I rent a car with hand controls. Rental car companies often install hand controls in awkward positions with very stiff levers that tire me out on long trips. Aero Mobility hand controls are feather soft and positioned so they can be used easily on long drives without crowding leg room. So you know now they are experts. Let me add that they have a beautiful show room, so that clients that may need a modified van for wheel chair access can see a great selection. Finally, these are great people. The owner has come out to greet and take an active part in the ordering and delivering process every time I'm in their store. I met the master mechanic who did the work each time.
