Yes, the store just opened and it is very busy. Ten cars deep in the drive thru and completely snaked around the parking lot. Waited 30 minutes. That would have all been ok if my order was correct. I ordered two concrete mixers size medium, one with chocolate custard, hot fudge, and peanut butter cups, the other with vanilla custard, caramel, and heath bars. I received 1 small vanilla with peanut butter cups and fudge and 1 medium vanilla heath bar with caramel. I had waited too long to have them redo the order so I just took what they gave me. I have been waiting for this place to open and went on their opening day. I was ever so disappointed. Instead of being open, the sitting area is like walking through a maze and way too many walls. If it were open, you'd be able to see where there was an empty table but, no, you have to walk around the wall only to find out there are no empty tables... The food was a huge disappointment! The burger was bland and overdone thus dry. Instead of fries, I got onion-rings and they were horrible... The next time I was in the mood for a burger, I went to the best: 5 Guys... and it was delicious! read more

I've been wanting to try out Culver's for a long time now. We finally met some friends there when in town for a doctor's appointment, and the whole experience was 'just OK' (average). I expected much better. Their 'butter burgers' were good, but certainly not a standout in a sea of burger joints out there. I've had better at The Rail, B-Spot, many local bars, or my own backyard BBQ's. I also tried their fried shrimp platter that came with cole slaw and fries, and it was bland. I've had fried shrimp in the past at many other places, that tasted excellent and flavorful (maybe they use certain flavoring or spices in the batter?), but this shrimp was on the watery side and uninspiring. The cole slaw wasn't sweet or creamy enough as well. The 'crinkle style' fries, however, were very good, as were my daughter's chicken tenders. Their ice cream sundaes and custard were excellent. I also loved the interior decor, which was very modern and accomodating, with a good mix of tables and booths, and there are tons of parking spaces in the huge lot. They have an outdoor patio as well for the 3 1/2 weeks of Spring and Summer we have in NE Ohio. Lastly the employees are wonderful, and attend to your needs. All in all, this is a fun, clean place to bring the family or friends for some decent grub. read more

My husband and I went here shortly after they opened and it was packed, but that's to be expected. The food was good and the service was fast. We had our food within 5 minutes of placing our order which they delivered to our table. They picked up our tray when we were done which you don't get at most fast food joints. We were very happy and will definitely be going back. read more

If I could give this place more stars I would. We went twice during opening week and the lines were wrapped around the building both inside and the drive thru. The employees kept the line moving and the food was phenomenal. Burgers were awesome and the custard is out of this world. 10/10 read more

Drive thru girl got my order wrong and at the pay window she handed me the wrong item and tried to argue with me that she gave me the right thing... she didn't... I left without food or paying. It would have been easier to just make what I had actually asked for instead of trying to argue she was right read more

Thought we'd give this place a shot to celebrate our last day of summer break....maybe they are still working out the kinks having opened recently but I was not impressed. There were only 3 cars in the drive through line and I waited almost 30 minutes for a kids meal and a salad. The worst part was they gave us the frozen custard then had us pull forward to wait for our meal which took about ten minutes then they forgot the salad which took another 5 minutes by that point our custard was a soupy and melty mess. Saw this being built and couldn't wait to try it. I've now taken my family here 3 times this month and can say overall, it's good. If I had to compare it to something else, I'd say it's a more modern Dairy Queens. The dining area is new and modernized and has comfortable enough seating. After taking your order, its served to your table. This is a nice touch but can sometimes take some time for the employee to find your table as the place has been jam packed since opening and has outdoor seating to complicate finding one's table. They serve mostly burgers and shakes with other sides like fries and cheese curds. The burgers are served on buttered buns but I could never really taste the difference. Although the burgers taste good enough, I honestly prefer Wendy's burgers over these. I do like their fries which are of the crinkled variety. They're salted perfectly and served crispy. The cheese curds were not as good as expected but passable none the less. It makes for a good family dinner out while not breaking the bank. read more

Fast food and desert, somewhat like another chain, but I think with better food, at least the two meals and deserts we had.

Don't understand the hype. It's a fast food place. Their burgers and fries are pretty standard burgers and fries like those from other "higher end" fast food places (if there is such a thing). But don't forget that it's just crummy fast food. Period. With that being said, if you are going to eat fast food, might as well eat here. read more

So excited Culver's is in Ohio. Moved back home from Texas, and in Texas this was our favorite place to get quality fast food. Made to order butter burgers are amazing. Their custard is so smooth and creamy. This is a hit and glad it's close to home. read more

You know what to expect when you go to Culver's, excellent food. Costs a little more, but well worth it. My favorite is the breaded cod dinner. The 3 piece is plenty for two, especially if you're getting a shake and appetizer. read more

a Butter Burger? .. the name says it all? .. what could be wrong w/something called a Butter Burger? .. the answer .. NOTHING .. we have eaten at Culver's many times while on road trips .. first falling in love in Wisconsin .. so glad they are now in my neck of the woods albeit a 40 minute drive from home .. if they put one any closer I am in big trouble .. an intervention may need to happen .. despite the store being newly open I found the food to be fresh & the service fast & friendly .. we opt for cheese curds & onion rings but you cannot go wrong w/their krinkle cut fries either .. try the curds dipped w/the horseradish sauce you can find on the condiment counter .. sometimes you gotta look for it but if you find it go for it! read more
