Waiting for my burger a bit trepidatiously. Feels like the staff is hanging out a bit more than concerned about the food. Granted 8:30 at night is not a busy time. Came her as it's right outside the hotel. Was looking for something fast and somewhat inexpensive. The cheeseburger and a soda was over $10. Cheeseburger had no lettuce tomato nor onions. My expectation was something at least at the level of an in and out burger, didn't quite make the mark. It left a funky feeling in my mouth. Happy to have my Dr Pepper which was properly mixed - something many restaurants have been mixing up.

Shake Shack was one of the few places open downtown on the holiday, so we stopped in for lunch. Orders are placed on kiosks, which I appreciate. We decided to dine in, so we took a table number and placed it on our chosen table. Our food took about 20 minutes to arrive, but it wasn't brought to our table. Instead, an employee called my name from the front with it. I headed over to pick it up from her. As always, the food was delicious. The restaurant is nice, clean, and organized, though a bit drafty because of the cold outside.

Stopped by the Shake Shack in downtown Cleveland the morning after a night out, and it hit the spot perfectly! The burgers were deliciously amazing--juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. We also tried the milkshakes and some of the refreshing drinks, and everything was amazing. The interior was super clean with a modern vibe, and we loved the fun touches like the shuffleboard and air hockey table--great for killing time while you wait. Service was quick and efficient--you can order at the self-serve tablets or with a staff member, and they'll bring the food right to your table. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a satisfying bite in a fun, casual atmosphere!

I've got a new favorite! This place is called Shaje Shack, but they've got the best Hot Dogs I've ever had in my life! And the French Fries... absolutely perfect! Unfortunately, we don't have Shake Shack around where I live, but I travel all the time, so I'll be looking for Shake Shack in cities I'm in! So far. I've eaten at four Shake Shacks on this trip. I've found their quality to be consistent from restaurant to restaurant. I'm sure I'll be sèen in many more Shake Shacks in the future!

Ordered from this location online and picked the food up. Its downtown and close to the arena. The food was Hot and ready upon arrival. Got a sandwich and fries as well as nuggets. The food was all good and it was my first time trying nuggets which was a pleasant surprise.

If I'm working on a Sunday, it is a routine that I get shake shack for lunch. I love being able to place my order online and by the time I walk around the corner, the food is ready. The food is consistent. The burgers are always good. The fries are always crispy. The shakes are always great. The interior features two contactless kiosks to place orders. The interaction with the staff isn't really remarkable; neither good nor bad. They call your name, give you your order, and you walk away. Pretty clean for a downtown restaurant if you know what I mean.

This location is very convenient. The staff was very nice and my food was tasty. The smoke shack has a spicy sauce and bacon and peppers. The fries were crinkled and were given to me at an optimal temperature. I chose a fountain drink as my beverage. The ginger ale was fresh. I will return if in the neighborhood.

Great service! You can order right at the kiosk or with a cashier. We chose the cashier. Plenty of clean tables. Burgers were perfect and they only charge 99 cents extra for a gluten free bun. The regular size fry was a decent size and was enough for two.

I've eaten Shack Shake plenty of times. I would say it's my favorite fast food burger place. But this time there was way too much grease on my burger. It hurt my stomach. Also, the lettuce was old and shriveled (see picture). I took it off my burger. The service was quick and employees were nice. If you have never tried, I suggest shake burger - it's their signature. Their house sauce is AMAZING.

After looking over the menu, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of both vegan and non-vegan options available. In fact, if you ask, they have a separate vegan menu with tons of choices, making it easy for everyone in our group to find something appealing. The atmosphere has that classic small-town neighborhood bar feel--casual, comfortable, and full of local charm. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick, which made the experience even better. We ordered the vegan pierogi dinner and the meatloaf dinner. The vegan cheese in the pierogies wasn't our favorite, but the dish was still very flavorful and enjoyable overall. The meatloaf dinner was a generous portion and absolutely excellent--comfort food done right. Between the welcoming atmosphere, diverse menu, and great service, The Rowley Inn was a delightful find. The intention was to move the inventory around that was more convenient for the staff. That was a long time coming. The coolers were packed and never looked appealing. Not sure why our bartender had to ask about the change? We sat close to the door at the bar. Not sure where the occasional weed smell was coming from? It doesn't bother me, but others get offended by it. Maybe it's not good to have this odor while people are eating dinner? Does the staff look the other way on this? Not sure what our server's name was? We are not regulars. She seemed newer, but I did recognize the other. And when our server spoke loudly her voice was annoyingly squeaky, mini mouse like. She's where our problem begins. I ordered the hot dog special and asked if I could sub tater tots for fries. She said sure. When I received the check, I noticed a $3 upcharge for the tots and questioned it. Without even thinking about it she replied with this, "I told you there was a charge" and immediately disappeared from behind the bar. I asked my wife what she said when I gave my order. My wife's response was that she said "sure" and never said anything about an upcharge. She had all the signs of a habitual liar. No thought was put into her answer even though our initial conversation took place about 45 minutes earlier. Now to the restaurant. Fries and tater tots are the same price on the menu. The hot dog special comes with fries, so why is there a $3 upcharge? Fries are $7 and tots are $7. Again, why is there an upcharge when they are priced the same? The tots didn't come with Cleveland ketchup, so why? How many other customers are surprised by the $3 charge? Typically, hot dogs come with chopped onions, so I'm not sure why I had to pay .75 extra for a side of them? But I was also charged $1 for a side of mayo. Are you kidding me? A condiment has a price? It wasn't listed on your menu previously. I can't help but wonder. Since you guys claim to be a dive bar, wouldn't serving packets of mayo be more fitting? Now I know I could have taken all of this up with the owner, but a lying bartender would have defended herself and I wasn't in the mood. After thinking about this for a few days, I felt this was the best way to address it. When you nickel dime your customers, you are not a dive bar, you are cheap owners that only care about your finances and building more establishments. Now my only regret looking back was leaving about a 14% tip. I should not have left $3 and change. That way maybe the liar could think about the upcharge? Or is she even competent enough? Now on a previous evening, I ordered Cevapi. It wasn't very tasty and served on a pita. That isn't authentic Croation. I understand here in the USA, it might be acceptable. But when I can get it at Rose's in Eastlake on lipinja and the sausage has outstanding flavor, I think Crowley's could be a little more authentic to your heritage. Your heritage is displayed on the front of the building, isn't it? And your sausage did not have good flavor. Family of your ownership group asked me what I thought of the Cevapi. They didn't seem surprised when I told them and their response was that the sausage wasn't fresh, that's why the taste wasn't that good. Wait a minute, not fresh? Are you buying that much bulk that you can't provide fresh food for your customers? And the pita? Their was response to that was that some people serve it that way. I've been to the Eastlake Crowley's a few times and if you like biker bars with sleezy bar staff, that's the place for you. I went to Lake and that shouldn't be a good reason to support your businesses. I would be looking the other way. We have decided that we will never go back to any of your establishments in DTW, any of your so-called dive bars or your new venture in Irish cuisine. Irish? I wonder what will be authentic there?
