It was fine and good and okay and maybe I'll go back and maybe not and maybe I'll tell someone that I went there and maybe not and if I see another one in a few months maybe I'll stop but maybe/ probably not. But it's the following that irks me. I'd almost perform a scaled down rave song and cheer dance and write merrily about my sides of cheese curds, but that experience fell flat too. I really thought that there would be a bit more inside the box. If there was more for less money that would be fair, but I could less for more. I came in the other night and ordered some food to take out. My order was over $52 as I was waiting for my order. I noticed a couple extra sauces that I would like. So after waiting 15 minutes inside the restaurant when they handed me my order, I asked if I could get two more sauces. There was a manager there a black man middle age who gave me a lecture about that when I asked to have those at no charge. I didn't realize I was paying $.35 apiece for sauces which was OK. But when you spend $52 and you see a couple more you don't expect him to charge you $.70 after you paid for your bill. Had a starving little kid in car, ordered food for just two people and waited about 15 minutes to get it. Then when I checked after coming home, my kid's meal was missing. called back and told what has happened. they refused to offer a refund, told me that I should return and show the missing items! also I was told they could send coupons in MAIL without fixing the error!~ unbelievable! The food is really good. Always cooked just right. Customer service is pretty good. Most of the staff at least try to be pleasant. And, the place is kept relatively clean. The only real problem is the horrible, twangy country music that is always on. So annoying. They could at least rotate a few other music genres into the play list. Way to ruin a good thing. Having grown up in the Midwest having your pork loin sandwich available to me in Florida has always been a "treat from home". Today 3/7/2024, I discovered that my beloved pork loin sandwich from Culver's has gone the route of processed disappointment. Eating my sandwich, and finding that it was multiple pieces of meat pressed together, and processed to a perfectly round bun shaped slab, my disappointment set in. I have always been a fan of the ice cream here. As they usually have some very unique flavors and combinations. They run specials each day that are posted on the Marquee as you pass along the Highway. They have everything from Burgers to salads. They also offer a $5 value menu. Their butter burger is a hit and a local favorite. Their ice cream is absolutely delicious. And to my surprise, I realized today that their salads are awesome as well. Meal start anywhere from $5 and go up to about $8. There are options for kids meals as well as some other appetizer options like fried cheese curds. This is definitely a great summertime stopping spot. You could get a meal and your ice cream fixed all in one. read more

I went to Culver's on SR64 in Bradenton today. I ordered 3 Butterburgers 2 crinkle fries and 1 onion ring.I waited 20 minutes for my order. When the girl finally brought my order she handed me a sealed bag. I repeated my order and asked her if it was all in the bag. She assured me it was all there. When I got home all 3 burgers were extremely overcooked and the buns were burnt and I did not receive my onion rings. Service sucked, quality of food was terrible and they did not give me what I asked for! All of that for $35! I will not be going back there again. We have been to Culver's so many times but tonight was disgusting. We ordered onion rings which we paid for and never received and the fish sandwich which is usually exceptional was horrible. Stopped in for late lunch(2:50 p.m.). Clerk at register had zero personality. Watched register as he punched in our order, got 3 things wrong advised him, he corrected, gave us our beverage cups and order # card. 25 minutes later, sitting at table, no order. Went to counter to check what was problem, was told they had a large take out order. 10 minutes later still no food went up to counter asked for manager, showed him our receipt and advised wanted a refund, we were leaving. Meanwhile a server tries to deliver an order to our table claiming it was our order...NOT! Sandwich was not correct, ordered onion rings not fries, ordered fish sandwich value basket, there was a fish dinner on tray.... Well last time I went to a Culver's it wasn't very good (raw burger) and said I'd never go back but I wanted some quick ice cream...mistake. This place is definitely no Dairy Queen substitute! First they didn't even have the flavors I wanted so I ordered a sundae and mint chip...she said something and I said yes the mint ice cream and Hershey chocolate. Get to the window and pay, then I have to pull forward and wait....for ice cream! When it came out both were soft serve with a few sprinkles of stuff on top and my mint chip was only a little bit of mint syrup. I drove off in a huff but decided I wasn't paying 9$ for something I didn't want....I wanted mint ice cream. During the refund I was informed by the manager they only have 1, maybe 2 flavors a day. (Which technically they should have other flavors in back but that's besides the point. I got my ice cream down the street...Mint Chip! We have used the Culver's on Cortez Rd many times and have always had a great experience. However, last night we went through the drive thru and ordered our standard 4 Reuben sandwiches 2 fries and a coke 36.00. When we got home we discovered that all 4 sandwiches had a sliver of corned beef mostly sauerkraut and no thousand island dressing and no cheese unacceptable! If I wanted a sauerkraut sandwich I would have ordered that! Very disappointed especially for the price. Why didn't they tell me they didn't have the ingredients I could have ordered something else. read more

First I'm from Wisconsin.. the worst Culver's in the nation as i travel for work. Is on SR 64 in Bradenton Florida. "Annie" the smart ass who told me when my burger was ready... I looked at it and the burger was built upside down ie: top bun, burger n all the condiments were underneath. I said to smart ass "Annie" this is not the way burgers are done here please redo it. Keep in mind there's pictures all over the tire restaurant of how it's presented they did not redo it I called the manager when I got home and he basically chastise me when I said this is not the way that it's done and question whether or not I was from Wisconsin. I will never in my life go to culvers again that is it. And the manager was a young smart ass on the phone he said I thought you said you were from Wisconsin who cares where I'm from. A big joke Annie and the manager need to be fired immediately. And I will never return there again or say anything positive about the restaurant. Came here for a burger last night with friends...I am an old lady, hard of hearing, and was lucky enough to get CJ at the register! He was so patient with me even when I changed my order TWICE!
