So this was my first time going here and I thought it was a wine in...its a dine in and drive through! and wow...the burgers were amazing. I got a burger with some fries. Very good, but it was the milkshakes and the ice cream is what got me raving!! I got the heath bar milkshake where I could drink it...omg delish. Customer service on the other hand could have been better. There was no where to sit because The tables needed to be cleaned. Culver's has always been tasty. I've always been more familiar with the NPR and Tampa locales Biggest drawback is the price. I remember there being a couple of them in Alabama but in an area of town that most could not have afforded to eat there more than on special occasions. Great burgers always cooked right and their fries are the best anywhere. Staff is always friendly and courteous. When eating there, the place is clean, staff is always around to clean tables and keep floors spotless. Very comfortable dining experience. Can't go wrong when you pick Culver's. We went through the drive-through last night to order a fairly large drive-through order. We had a party of like 25 people coming to our house or order came to about $84 after waiting 25 minutes in the parking lot which is fairly understandable given the size of the order the young lady handed our bag two bags through the window and she said she verified that everything was in the bag we didn't think too much of it. We had already picked up food from Longhorn and from Bob Evans was sure within a mile of this restaurant Only get home to realize it were short to double butter burgers, a fish sandwich and an onion ring to the tune of well over $30. We called today about eight different times last night with the party. I thought my daughter was gonna call my thought my wife was gonna call and both of them thought that I was going to call so that's our fault. We've called today about eight times and there Phone system basically put you on hold for like 3 to 4 minutes and then disconnect you and ask you for some ridiculous access code like I have an access code to covers. We're going to post this on Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and TikTok this week last time that we ever ever ever frequent anyone at Culver's in any restaurant in the entire state, our phone was 813-924-0262. Yes, I left a voicemail, on whatever number the Culver has and I also left a detailed review on everything that I just list I surely doubt that anyone ever is going to call me back because their phone system is designed to hang up on people that actually call the restaurant we only live about a mile and a half away, but with three children dogs Two full-time jobs and a school teacher Wife we don't have enough time to go down to Culver's and discuss this conversation. I am so disappointed with this location I ordered a peach and mango smoothie and instead they gave me a vanilla custard. Not to mention they were play fighting and laughing in store which is very unprofessional, after I went round the drive thru to receive my smoothie they again messed it up. I asked for the manager Keller and while speaking with him a team member Michelle was being very hostile with me and wasn't trying to get the situation resolved. I asked Keller to write his manager's name and number down he told me there was no one higher then him and there's no corporate number. Never had a bad experience. When the Hubs said he wanted some fast food and mentioned Mc Donald's. I quickly pulled out my Yelp to find the nearest Culver's. Why go anywhere else. Our first time at a Culver's...we waited awhile to let them work out the kinks. Waste of time & calories! We ordered two double bacon butter burgers, fries, an order of the "famous cheese curds & drinks. Burgers were very small & dry. Bottom patty was broken up & still did not cover bun & top patty was only about half size. Bacon was too undercooked to eat. Fries were hot...everything else barely warm (obviously order put together & waited on fries...it did take almost 20 minutes for order to make it to table). Cheese curds are not traditional...made with a very small bits of a bland yellow cheese & fried. They were not warm & a waste...all small marbles. The Brix was way off on diet Mt. Dew. I had ordered food with my boyfriend from this location through the drive through and sat and waited for at least 20 minutes only to go inside and see not only is there an ample amount of people in the back just goofing around but come to find whom ever took our order didn't even put it in, then a man walked in behind me to complain about getting the wrong ice cream and the only thing the young kids in the back could say was "it wasn't me, wasn't my fault" the only helpful person there tonight was a very polite and helpful young lady named Emily. She compensated my order and made sure it was made, she honestly seemed like the only one who was putting in the most work out of a kitchen full of people Emily gets five stars but this location and their staff only get 1 read more

I don't get to write as many positive reviews as I'd like to do this one is a pleasure. The restaurant is clean, the staff friendly and polite The food was tasty and brought to the hot. It's also refreshing not to have to beg for salt, pepper or napkins like at the last McDonalds I was at. Had the roast beef and onion rings for something different and it was good food. Normally get the burger basket from the one on the town I live at. I've not yet been disappointed in a Culver's and that's because they know something about food and customer service. For the most part we were satisfied. There was one item that I was not at all happy about. I ordered the chili and asked that they add cheese. They charged me extra for the cheese, which would have been ok but they never added it to my chili. They also did not give me a spoon to eat it. The chili itself was not very impressive. First time here and it will be the last. Service was terrible. The person behind the counter was looking around while taking our order and was not paying attention. We had our order to go and when we got home and took everything out of the bag, we noticed items missing. I went there last week and ordered the 6pc shrimp dinner. I received my drink and package and when I got home I found out that there were only 5 shrimp and no sides at all. I left a comment on their email system and even tried calling but Mgr was not there and no one working could do anything about it. No one ever called me back and I left my name and number.
