We stopped in here tonight to give it a try and get something to eat before heading to the movies close by. It was a tough decision figuring out what to order because everything sounded so good. We finally decided on a Gyro pita and a California bowl. We got our drinks and sat down, and the food came in no time. Nice and clean, comfortable booths. The food came and it looked AMAZING! Large portion sizes and a ton of meat on the Gyro. It was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to go back and try a few other dishes...and their baklava.

Gyros are exotic for this area, which may be why the entire Sheriff Dept was lunching in here with their shiny star badges. So there's your testimonial. Never mind me. Food: B+ The tatziki sauce was weak. The gyro had shredded lettuce instead of onions. The feta was crumbled instead of cubed. The meat was okay and a little spicy. However, the pita bread was very good. The gyro pita didn't look big for $8 but ended up being plenty. What I really liked was the homemade potato chips. Later, my stomach will be talking to me about that deep fried grease, but my mouth loved the chips. Why eat here? Because the staff is top notch. I heard a lady complaining about her food being not right; and the Manager came over and made her experience good. They were nice to me, too, and refilled my coffee upon request. The downside is you will be forced to listen to modern pop music while you eat. I think it's Justin Bieber, but what do I know about modern pop music?

My husband and I tried the Tangines since I had never had one and it is one of their specialties. Oh My! They were both fabulous. Tangine is a Moroccan style of roasting meat, vegetables and even bits of fruit in a inverted funnel-shaped pot with a unique blend of Mediterranean spices. I had the steak and my husband had the lamb. They use only organic and heirloom vegetables and make all their recipes authentically from scratch. You can tell when you taste it. It was fun to taste each morsel. There were peppers, carrots, mushroom, green olives, Greek olives, walnuts, tomatoes, feta cheese and tiny bits of mango all on a luscious curry and greek/Mediterranean sauce over orzo pasta. There is also other intriguing things to try on their standard menu as well as Greek favorites, appetizers such as saganaki and vegetarian options. (Wish I had taken a photo of the menu. I definitely can't wait to go back) The hostess also mentioned they offer cooking classes which I want to try as well. Dessert offered was homemade Gelato. Salted caramel and coconut (as well as homemade vanilla) were excellent. I bet they rotate those flavors from time to time. Comfy seating. Pleasant atmosphere. Authentically made food. I hope they succeed as I think everyone should give them a try. Hours are currently limited to 3 days on weekend. I do wish they would consider more...like maybe a mini "lunch" menu with gyro sandwiches and maybe Greek soups through the week?! (Not offered/just a suggestion!)

Been wanting to try this spot for quite some time so decided to finally go for it…read more I ordered a mixed bowl with chicken and steak for my hubby and a shrimp bowl for myself. Honestly, I don't agree with the reviews here. I think it was honestly very plain, mostly rice, and bland. Our bowls were pretty boring and basic and unfortunately wouldn't go back. Authentic Cuisine #61, Moroccan Cuisine…read more We have been to Morocco and find this place is close to the cuisine we have tasted in Morocco. I like the Tanger sauce they have put over the rice. The use of spice is very similar. It is definitely a recommended restaurant to visit. The few things that I would comment on the restaurant. 1. Employees should use mask during pandemic. 2. Serve real plate instead of styrofoam box for the food if customers dine in. Other than that, they are great restaurant and good service to the local. We order two plate from chef special. The first dish is the Le Carnivore. This is the grilled skew steak and chicken. The steak was process and good tender. The chicken has the marinated spice into the meat. The hummus is like soft like the silk. They must take time grind and prepare this hummus. The Morocco shlada or "salad" is well prepared. Love it. Our second dish is the mermaid. This is grilled salmon and skew shrimp. This seafood combo dish. The shrimp is large and the fish is good. Our appetizer is one of the best falafel. The coating is fried to crispy. The inside is still green. Similar to the falafel in Morocco. The spice in falafel is very flavorful. Don't forget to order this appetizer.
