Just so you know, the prices on Yelp and the actual prices are very different. Most dishes are about $13.49 or so, not $9.95 as shown on Yelp. We have found this to be pretty common. Please make appropriate changes. I mentioned this to the owner and she sort of just blew it off. Oh well.... That being said, the food was good. We shared the Panang and Drunken Noodles They get really busy and the service is pretty good as well. Get there early as it is a little place. Give them a try and mention the incorrect prices on Yelp. That being said, it's a little place, but wow they do a nice business. There isn't a lot of staff, so be patient when ordering. I just love this little place...service is always prompt and with a smile too! We were seated and given Menus and our drink order was taken. I got bottle Water. This is not Thai food it's is disgusting. The curry was water and didn't taste like curry at all. We order Massaman curry and red curry and both were horrible no taste at all no coconut milk and both looked like soup. Will never order from here again and if you looking for Thai food you shouldn't ether. read more

I am not normally a Thai food kind of girl, but this place just hit the spot the other day. I was feeling a little under the weather on this day, and I really wanted something warm since it was cold down here in FL for once. Lol. I ordered the ginger tea and I drank the entire little kettle I loved it so much. I know I like their Crab Angels from previous visits, so I said the next time I come I'll get those and the ginger tea and I'll be set. Lol. I also ordered the Tom Yum Soup and it was very lemony and coconutty but I enjoyed it because of how I was feeling. Typically I wouldn't order the soup, but it just sounded good. Lol. If I order soup I normally would get a WonTon or something similar. The lady who was running the place on 01/29/2022 was amazing. She was super sweet, fast, and on the spot. You can tell she takes passion in what she does, and that's what keeps me coming back to a place like this. The place is small and not really a "sit down" kind of place, although they do have tables and chairs, but it had more of a takeout kind of feel there. Like maybe a fast food Thai place. I like this place for their soups, and Crab angels, but I'm just not a Thai food fan - unfortunately. But I'll keep coming back just for the mentioned items because my family loves Thai food. This place is always hopping with business; the door was a revolving door while I was sitting there so they definitely are a popular little place. I love Thai cuisine. This restaurant has the best of any I have been to. I can only get here when I travel to Brooksville to visit my mother. While here, this is my one go to spot and will enjoy their food multiple times. If the were located near my home it would be nearly daily. Seriously, the food here is that good. The staff seem genuinely happy to see every customer that walks through the door. The ambiance is nothing to talk about, but it is very clean and I go for the food. You should too. read more

I love Thai food, especially curries and Thai Spice makes a delicious Red Curry! It was perfectly seasoned and the spice level (you can request) was just right. With prices rising everywhere, they have also remained so much more reasonable than many others. My take-out order was ready when I arrived and the dishes of those dining in looked amazing and were presented beautifully, as well. I had high hopes for this place, and was happy to find a Thai restaurant in my area. However, like so many other places in Brooksville/HighPoint/Weekiwachi it was a huge disappointment. The food was literally inedible. The vegetables in the Panang curry were obviously frozen and the sauce was jarred. And it was basically all vegetable. The chicken was flavorless and minced. Hard to differentiate it from rice. I believe the waitress knew I was disappointed. Her service was very good though. Many if not most ethnic restaurants here fail because they water down authenticity to appeal to an audience they believe will not like their authentic fare, and that is a disservice to the public. Being basic isnt a help. It turns people off. Elevating the food and holding true to authenticity is where restaurants succeed. This food was bad. Really bad. read more

We've been supporters of this establishment for years. Since moving up to Spring Hill in late 2017, I've had a keen eye out for restaurants selling my people's food. I've always been happy going here, but I just recently became active on Yelp again. It's time to give Thai Spice a review. Between the two of us, we've ordered a few different dishes off the menu. Justin usually gets Nak Tok, and this is his favorite Nam Tok in the area. I usually get a noodle dish. I know for sure I've ordered Pad Kee Mao and Pad See Eew here and have loved both. Last night we decided to order different from the norm. We got the Moo Yung as an appetizer. I felt like we were eating at a Thai open market. The meat flavor was just right, the dipping sauce was excellent and the sticky rice brought me back home. We then ordered the Tom Yum Moon and Nua Toon noodle soups. We agreed to each eat one and then exchange them. It is difficult to decide which one I like better because they were both excellent. But I lean towards the Nua Toon because that was just perfectly made, like from my mom's kitchen. It was savory and sweet at the same time. The Tom Yum Moo is also excellent but my personal preference would have been to add more lime juice. That could just be me though- I still think their version is delectable with its savory and sour flavors. The wait staff has always been polite and the food always served promptly. Sometimes things are meant to be. We ended up here after my original birthday dinner plan didn't go as expected. I randomly saw this place on Yelp and thought to myself that I always did want to eat here. I am so glad that we ended up eating here and will again. This place is family friendly and customer service is amazing. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated. We ended up ordering lots of dishes for the three of us, but I forgot to take the pics before we ate the other dishes. We had their spring rolls, my husband ate all of them quickly so they had to be good. Then we had the shrimp Panang curry, pork fried rice, chicken broccoli lovers(?), and chicken pad Thai, all mild. I love Thai curry and the taste was so good, it's naturally spicy so it has a kick at the end but my husband who doesn't even like spicy food ate some and loved it, I rate it 10/10. I was a little sad that the rice wasn't sticky, not sure if it was something I needed to ask for, truthfully I don't even know exactly the type of rice that is the sticky one, I just know in Hawaii it's a thing but the dish was still really good without it. Lol. The pad Thai was ok as far as taste goes, so 9/10. Fried rice had a little too much of a chard taste for me but the overall flavor was good, the chard flavor didn't bother my husband or daughter, I give 9/10. My daughter was the one that wanted Shrimp with broccoli and carrots cooked until soft, I give it a 9/10 but she would give it 10/10 cause she nearly at the whole plate. The Thai iced tea I give 20/10. It's pricey and has a lot of ice but it's a must!!! We stopped in here after a road trip. The place is Small, so if you're eating in, you may experience a wait, but let me tell you, it's totally worth it. We had Chicken Satay, the Tom Ka soup and Pad Thai. The soups were thick, rich and creamy; with a hint of sweetness. I think it could have either had a bit more lime or just a dash of salt, other wise it was perfect. The Satay and the Pad thai were both amazing. We left happy and full. I would be a regular diner if I lived here. We had the fried spring rolls for an appetizer. They were tHe perfect size with nice veggie filling and fried crispy brown. Then in to the main n course Glass noodles with egg and veggies. We split it and they made one half spicy for my husband. He said it was the perfect amount I of heat. The noodles were flavorful and delicate. The veggies weren't over cooked and the sauce was light with a touch of sweetness. I had the jasmine hot tea and they offered a little honey with it. Perfect for a chilly night. And the finally ... we had the a flaky dough lightly pan fried which made it peel apart then dipped it in sweetened condensed milk. Desert heaven. Omg I haven't had Thai in over six months cuz the only place I like back home was over an hour to get to after the pandemic and I was working from home, but today I found this place. Perfect perfect perfect to my palette. The experience from the moment I walked in was great. The girl that took my order was a doll. I ordered the ginger and mushroom with shrimp with a medium hot spice. The spice was perfect for a medium. I usually order "Thai spicy" cuz I love it that way but wanted to make sure I was going to receive the correct amount of spice. Omg spot on. Plus the shrimp was CLEAN. No poop .
