The staff at this Culvers is ALWAYS so friendly. It's cool to see them pair up with different organizations for fundraising. I've never been disappointed with anything at this location. Everyone is very nice if you go in, and in the drive-thru, but going through the drive-thru I ALWAYS get shorted on food...we ordered 2 3-piece cod dinner and one 2 piece, yep got 3 2 piece dinners. Missing an onion ring on one of the other meals, and no ranch dressing that we specifically requested, got about 10 tartar sauce for the meals, though didn't need that much since we didn't get the fish we ordered. I'm paying for the ease of dinner going through the drive-thru, I shouldn't have to go back again every damn time to get what I ordered. Also, did they change the cod they used to get? When I'm in Buffalo just looking for a quick snack, I know there's always Culvers - just a short trip and a step up from McDonalds. Personally, it's one of my favorite places to go in Buffalo. What I usually get is a kid's meal, something small but enough food to fill me up, comes with a small drink; and if I've got room for more there's an ice cream coupon on the side of the bag! :) A quick meal for under $5, and it's always fresh. For our family of 5, we can eat there for about $20, and everyone gets just what they want. My brothers usually get chicken strips or a burger (with bacon!) and my mom and dad choose some sort of sandwich. They've got a great selection of food, and an even larger selection of frozen custard! What I love, is that every day they have a different 'flavor of the day' and they even give out little calendar sheets that tell you which flavor is going to be there on which day of the month. When we go as a family, my brother will grab one and say, "Let's come here on the 19th, they have 'andes candies' that day!" Usually we never make it, but, if we do then he's one happy kid. So, not only do they have good food and great custard, their service is amazing! I can't recall a time when I haven't been greeted with a smile, or where the employee wasn't being friendly. They're a great business with excellent people. They take your order and repeat it back to you so that you'll know it's right, they bring your food to your table when it's ready, and they are sure to make sure everything is working out well for your meal. If something isn't right, they do their best to fix it and ensure your satisfaction. For anyone in the area, I recommend stopping in there for even just dessert, you won't be disappointed. It's a great place to be, a nice environment, and they're always friendly. For all the Culvers restaurants I've been to, they've never let me down. read more

My husband is originally from Buffalo, and worked at this place when he was in high school.. Overtime we visit we stop by for a burger and a shake. I absolutely loved the blueberry shake. Any which way, every time I have visited I have received excellent customer service. This is the first place I ever tried cheese curds and instantly fell in love and started my cheese curd affair. last night I ordered at the drive-thru, a snackpack hamburger, drove around to pay, there was no one in front of me so it took all of 5 seconds from ordering to reach the window and lo and behold, there was the cashier holding out my bag and drink cup! What does it say on their wrappers? Something like "always made fresh to order" HA! I think not! Its pretty obvious my hamburger was sitting around before I ordered and instead of throwing it away and waste food (which costs them MONEY!) they gave it to me. How am I so sure you ask? Because the toppings were wrong! They didn't bother to scrape off the onions. (I asked for NO ONIONS) So Mark, I'm pretty disappointed in your staff, taking the shortcut. You know, there are plenty of fast food places to choose from. We don't have to go to Culvers. And from now on, I'll think twice before I go to Buffalo Culvers. read more
