You guys really need to fix the way you handle drive thru ...I'm literally going waiting in line for 20 min for just an Oreo shake. The worker said you have 3 new people working at the same time. Also probably not a good idea . I think your owner really needs to observe this system for your drive through and make changes . read more

The staff was really nice. The place was fairly clean. The food was good. I loved my burger. It kInd of reminded me of shake shack. It was delicious. The only complaint I had was the lids to the drinks were kind of hard to put on. But everything was pretty great. read more

This place is the best! Awesome butter burgers, shakes and they even have fish and chips.

The girl who took our order named "mel" was very unfriendly. We felt like we needed to hurry up and order as not to inconvenience her. I work in fast food, and we are always required to wear hairnets and gloves. However i realized no one was wearing a hair net, or gloves. Even in the kitchen. I usually like culver's, but this visit was a huge let down. To add one more thing, i saw multiple crew members on their cell phones while in the kitchen. Unacceptable!! read more

I've never had Culver's till Cedar City when it first opened up I was hooked I went once a week, the Cod dinner was my favorite the portions were huge, my husband loved the chopped steak had 2 huge pattys, The last few times I've gone , the cod pieces kept getting smaller, the chopped steak dinner now has one patty and smaller portions. I went last night 2/22/19 I was car # 63 they forgot to add cheese sauce to my order the Cod is so small, my husbands dinner didn't have mash potatoes. Best dank burger in the flipping world

I wanted to like this place because a friend recommended it since we were in town. The food was good, but the establishment and service were less than. The first thing we noticed upon walking in was that many of the employees were not wearing masks or were wearing them incorrectly. This wouldn't have been as much of a problem if it was just the cashier behind plexiglass, but it was mostly the people handling food that weren't wearing their masks, which was very concerning. I looked up UT's order on masks and it said that all food employees needed to wear masks, so I didn't expect to see such a thing. We also heard a lot of people coughing and sneezing within the restaurant (though I'm not sure if it came from employees or other diners but still). Another thing is that our server deleted some of our order, so we had to go order again once our food arrived. When we got our food, we asked for extra spoons for our shake and the spoons were dirty with fingerprints and marks all over them, so we had to clean them further. The bathrooms were also unsanitary. There was urine all over the floor and toilets and the soap bottle was sticky and discolored. Honestly, I debated posting this until I saw an employee cleaning tables and chatting with people and delivering food without her mask. I felt very unsafe eating at this Culver's and I don't believe it would be safe to do so again. Otherwise, service was okay, but I would not recommend this establishment for anyone worried about covid or at high risk. I understand that we're all still adjusting to the new norms, but this level of uncleanliness and disorganization was really disappointing. read more

This place is exactly why the fast food industry would be better served with mature people supplementing their income, rather than high schooler's. It was more so a social gathering than people actually taking working seriously. I understand they're young, which is exactly the point. One young, thin, blond haired 'worker' was practicing his unimpressive martial arts form with his BARE hands all over his 'weapon'...a utensil (prongs) being used for touching and picking up people's food. The manager on duty was useless in keeping the atmosphere 'businesslike', and insuring food was delivered as ordered. I'm BIG on food sanitation when at a restaurant. This being said, they were courteous enough. The huge overhead menu is overwhelming for a first timer trying to decide what they would like. The requested 'no salt' fries were greasy, quite disgusting, and salty. Ask for a Malted, instead got a Shake. Asked which flavors they had..."vanilla and chocolate". When I got to my table, there was an advertisement showing, Vanilla, Chocolate, Mint, Strawberry, Raspberry. When she answered me, I asked for what I was told was one of the only two flavors available. Asked for chocolate..."you said vanilla"? It was okay, though absolutely nothing special. The burger was quite good, all garnished which were supposed to be cold and fresh...were. The meat was hot, fresh, tasty... Too much was wrong, including lack of hands on management, and...that boy's lack of food sanitation to recommend this establishment. Love Culvers overall but the grilled onions are blah and the coleslaw is all juice and no cabbage. Know you can do better. We have visited many in Wisconsin and they are great. We will keep coming in but ordering differently. read more

My parents decided to take us there while we were up visiting them. Culver's is new in town and they were excited to go with us. I didn't want a burger so I decided to try the North Atlantic Cod filet sandwich. The picture on the menu look good with a large thick cod filet. It was a cod filet but it was about 1 3/4" wide and about 5" long, half the size of the picture, only covering half of the oval shaped bun. I was disappointed and felt deceived by the menu picture. My wife had a burger and my parents had the sourdough double with grilled onions and said they were okay. The fries were tops on the visit with the Culver's Root Beer coming in a close second. It might of been my fault for ordering a fish sandwich at a burger place but I wasn't in the mood for a burger. Live and learn I guess. Will I go back, not anytime soon unless someone else pays. Maybe if I tried a burger I would have better luck. read more
