Their food was so good I even ate my husbands sandwich! I tried their new chicken sandwich and it is to die for, I went in today and the staff was so nice and friendly. They were all communicating with each other, I asked the young man (Cody) who was working register he was very attentive and asked about my day. His managers Nicole and Kailee were very friendly aswell and helped him and another gal working make sandwiches. This place is very well ran and the management is amazing! I'm glad i came in today. Firehouse is far and away my favorite national chain. They have the best tasting food and a solid rewards program. I've gotten spotty service at some of their locations but the service was solid here. I enjoyed my food and I always appreciate places that have the drink machines with massive selections. The prices are on-par with other spots and I don't think I've ever had a bad meal at any of their locations. I guess that the nicest thing I can say for a national chain locaion that I like is that they reinforced my appreciation of the entire brand and I'll continue io brin them my business read more

My dad and I went in one night. We were the only customers in there and it still took forever to get our sandwiches. The food itself was just OK. At other firehouse subs the quality seems to be a little better. Not sure what was different about this place? The only way I'll even try this location again if they have a really good deal going on. I'm really disappointed in the service we received today. My mom and sister have celiacs and the Firehouse Subs near our home will take the stuff to the back and prepare the food to make it safe. But the management here said (while cutting my mom off, "We can't make any special requests and we can't promise anything." It was rude and they weren't willing to help us. Came here for lunch on our way to Cedar City. We ordered at 12:53 and 45 minutes later we still don't have our two sandwiches. Granted, they were very busy when we got here but the efficiency seems to be lacking. There are three people making sandwiches so it seems things should be moving more quickly. If a bunch of people come in at once, it's understandable to fall behind but with a wait of 45+ minutes it would be nice to be told that before ordering so we could make the choice to go somewhere else. read more

First time at Firehouse Subs and it certainly won't be the last. We were greeted upon entering and the person we ordered from was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a Club on a Sub. My spouse ordered Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket. Since they were made to order, we collected our drinks and found our table. In short order (less than 5 minutes) we had our sandwiches delivered to our table. I'm so glad we stopped! Both sandwiches were awesome! The bread (white) was so soft and fresh. All ingredients were fresh and it is probably one of the best subs I've ever eaten. Lots of condiments to choose from as well. Subs were loaded with the extras and they did not skimp on any meat either. The restaurant was very clean and it had a rear and front entrance. Plenty of Coke products to drink (self serve). And let's face it, menu items might be a bit more expensive than other sub shops but Firehouse Subs support a great cause! They showed that as of January of 2018, they had donated over 1/2 a million to Utah Public Safety First Responders! That's just in our state. I've downloaded the app and will be searching out Firehouse Subs locations when we travel. I'm done with that "other" national Sub chain and Firehouse will now be my go-to Sub shop! The slowest sub shop I think I've ever been to. Maybe they had to bake the bread first? Although I don't see anyone baking. I think it's literally just that slow. If you are assuming your experience would be what is assumed should take place in an establishment that has to place presorted items on bread then do not come here. First time here. This place is one step above Subway. Came with the fam. Ordered 5 sandwiches. Could figure out who's was who. I asked them how can I tell what's what and she replied. It's number. It's on the receipt. There's no number on receipt. Menu didn't have number for their sandwich so we opened them all up and sorted it out. The only real gripe is that the meats seem kind of synthetic. We came to eat here, while waiting for our sandwiches, another customer came up and was upset. They offered to fix the issue and he refused. It was a simple mistake on one sandwich. The workers there handled it really well. They not once argued, they apologized with no satisfying him. When our sandwiches came out they were fine, tasted good like they always do. It was great service with great workers, with a great atmosphere that they didn't let change despite the hiccup. I will keep going here and recommend it to anyone. read more

50% of the staff in this location were not wearing a mask properly while preparing food during COVID and the woman who appeared to be shift lead answered the phone and then began making sandwiches without washing her hands first. Extremely unsanitary and very disappointing for a company that asks for donations toward helping first responders. Service was also much too slow. I waited nearly 30 minutes for two sandwiches and watched as parties who ordered right before and after me ordered, received their orders, ate and left. My wife and I came in here and enjoyed a great meal between us. We got a large Smokehouse sub meal and the sandwich was just right between the two of us in terms of portions. It's a little bit more expensive. The large comes out to about $10 for just the sandwich, but it's good quality. To me that price knocks it down to 4 stars. This is a recently renovated location that brings some new spirit to Main Street. It's a bright great looking place with a different menu than other places in town. Slowest firehouse I've been to. Wasn't busy when I went inside. Took 15 minutes (literally) to make my sub. Asked for wheat, got white. They asked if I wanted the pickle on the side, I said yes...no pickle in the bag. College kids working behind the counter were busy chatting with their friends visiting in the restaurant area, taking their sweet time to make subs. Won't be back. Ordered a vegetarian sandwich on wheat. Nearly no tomatoes or black olives. Just a few peppers and lettuce. Too many sautéed onions, probably because onions are cheap! Very poor excuse for a vegetarian sandwich. Can't see them make the sandwiches over the big counter, so unable to observe and stipulate how the sandwich is being made in real time. Subway lets you see what is going on the bread as they make it, which enables customers to give input as sandwich is made. Only thing good about firehouse sub vegetarian was a nice wheat bun. Pretty much lacking veggies inside the bread. No cucumbers avocado spread offered, or spinach leaves, cold sliced red or yellow onion like subway offers. . Way too many mushrooms, the one non-meat item I don't like -go figure. I'm obviously disappointed. I see now why vegetarian sandwich is not on their wall's menu. They don't make a decent version of it, and are not skilled or experienced / trained producing one. read more

We passed two subways on the way to firehouse hoping it would be better. It wasn't. You can't watch them assemble your sandwich so you have to explain everything you want when you order. That's just a recipe for errors. It honestly didn't offer anything better than subway and price was the same.
